Great customer service
Very impressed with the knowledge and customer service delivered today by Aleksander. I really wasn’t sure what I needed and he was really helpful- explained the differences and benefits of the differing flue options for the stove (Hygge) that I wanted.

Initially I had a query and reached out to their contact us page.
Although with it being after they had closed I got a swift reply within no time of them reopening and helped me make my decision to go ahead and buy one of their tent stoves.

Zelt ist mit 3 Wochen Verspätung wegen Zoll angekommen. Paket beschädigt. Sämtliches Zubehör fehlt.
Mehrfach bis heute reklamiert. Rücknahme erbeten - wird abgelehnt. Fall bei Spediteur kann nur Versender eröffnen, wird ebenfalls nicht gemacht. 3 Monate später nun Verbraucherschutz eingeschaltet.

Hallo, es tut uns natürlich leid, dass der Zoll drei Wochen gebraucht hat, um Ihre Waren freizugeben, aber das liegt nicht in unserer Kontrolle. Der Karton, in dem Ihre Lieferung geschützt war, wies einige Schäden auf, die jedoch kosmetischer Natur waren und keinen Einfluss auf den Zustand der unbeschädigten Waren darin hatten. Es fehlten keine Zubehörteile, das vom Kurier gemessene Gewicht des Pakets zeigt, dass sich alle Artikel im Karton befanden. Wir haben Ihre Fehlinformation jedoch akzeptiert und Ihnen Ersatz geschickt. Wie wir gerade in unserer letzten E-Mail erklärt haben, ist Ihre Rücksendung aller Waren willkommen, Sie möchten jedoch nicht für den Rückversand an uns bezahlen. Sie müssen sich nun an den Kurier wenden, um die Ersatzteile zu erhalten, die wir aus Kulanz geschickt haben. Wir begrüßen ein Gespräch mit dem Verbraucherschutz, da wir alle entsprechenden Verfahren befolgt haben.

Love this tent
Love this tent! Super easy to set up, really roomy inside, and it feels solid even in bad weather. We stayed dry through heavy rain and had loads of space for beds and gear. The company’s service was fantastic too—fast delivery and really helpful when I had a question. Would 100% recommend!

Quick delivery, great value for money
Quick delivery. I got the 4m Bell tent which was a good space for us, 2 adults and 2 children. I managed to put this up bu myself which is what I wanted. Only one disappointing feature, is that the outer door doesn't zip across the bottom (hence only 4 stars) (the flynet does), ok in the warmer months but early autumn it was a little draughty. Had i known this is wouldn't have bought it. Having said this, it's a great tent and excellent value for money.
