The out backer firebox stove chimney is not suitable leaks like a sive

The out backer firebox stove is extremely good but the problem with it is the chimney where the chimney pices fit together are upside down they should be made where the wider sections covers the thinner section that way the water can’t run down the joint and cry’s pool of water in your stove . And they seem to keep selling the same chimney stack .

Hi Marty, great to hear you are enjoying the stove. The chimney is designed to suit the industry standard correct way of fitting for all stoves. Inverting the chimney joint fittings in the way you suggested is a well known fire risk as it can allow creosote to leak out of the flue joints and catch fire on the stove. We could never sell the chimney fitting in the suggested orientation and for safety we cannot recommend that customers should change the orientation of how pipes are fitted together. Thanks.

The delivery was extremely speedy

The delivery was extremely speedy. I received my bell tent, stove and coir within 48 hours of ordering! And the customer service was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Have since purchased another item.

General review

Easy to make phone contact, followed by courteous, and extremely helpful manner in dealing with my purchase.
Aftercare equally excellent in guiding me through product setup, including sorting out slight hiccup.

Great …

I ordered a 4 meter bell tent and stove jack , both came together , very nice quality especially on the tent , poles and pegs , the tent etc was exactly as advertised and was delivered two days after ordering which I thought was very quick .
The whole process was simple and easy , good stuff all round from these guys .
