Top quality and really premium feel to…

Top quality and really premium feel to the bell tent we brought for our summer holiday. Easy to put up and take down and a great ordering experience. These guys are really knowledgeable and I would highly recommend. I did a lot of research for the best bell tent and am really pleased with my choice!

Accused of damage and failure to refund

I purchased a patch kit but decided I didn't need it before it had even arrived with me. I chose to return it in the same, unopened packaging it had come in. The company received it back and then decided to blatently lie and say I had damaged it so would not be refunding me. When I pointed out I had not removed it from any packaging they said I would be refunded "on this one occasion" yet they still only partially refunded me. Now they are completely ignoring me and haven't refunded the rest of the money. The worst thing about this... they have done this to me before!!!!

Good afternoon, Michelle.
We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your experience.
To clarify the facts of this order, your return was opened & assessed in line with our standard returns procedure. As the item was returned in an Asos branded packing bag as the outer packaging, our returns team were unable to conclusively verify whether the inner cardboard packaging had remained unopened prior to return. During inspection, the large repair patch was found to be split into 2 pieces. No accusations were made, we simply communicated our observations following inspection.
Following further email correspondence, it was agreed that you would be issued a full refund. The postage amount had unintentionally been omitted due to an administrative error initially. We apologised for that mistake and corrected this as soon as it was brought to our attention.
For clarity, all monies due in regard to this transaction, including the postage amount, had already been refunded before this review was posted. As such, the statements that we were withholding part of the refund & not responding to messages at the time of this review are not consistent with the records for this order.
We take all customer feedback seriously and always aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly, Thanks, Canvas tent shop

Excellent quality and customer service

Excellent range of bell tents with more colours and different variations than other websites for what I was looking for. The tent I chose was delivered promptly and very good quality. I got clear customer service advice on the phone and email before choosing.

Really helpful and knowledgeable team…

Really helpful and knowledgeable team who gave me a good explanation of the tent that would be good for me and my small family.

Tent itself is really well made, easy to put up. We put up this weekend and was easy and looks great. Would recommend - really good experience and ordering was so simple.

I bought a tent and stove package

I bought a tent and stove package. The tent leaked. The stove leaked. Canvas tent shop denied all faults. Aggressive customer services. Owner ridiculed me upon returning the faulty goods.

Great customer service - great tent!

Brilliant customer service and we’re very happy with the 3m Bell Tent Lite which we purchased from their website. We initially purchased a 2m mini bell tent but decided to change it for a 3m Bell Tent Lite and they were very helpful in helping my choose that tent and arranging the exchange.
