What top class customer service is about. The staff are so accommodating and I love my new tent. I had a slight issue which was resolved immediately and when I changed mind about my tent they did’t bat an eyelid, just listened and adjusted my order. Super super happy.

lovely and spacious
I have used my bell tent a few times over the summer for hosting outdoor sound baths, and its a great roomie tent. A little time consuming to put up and pack away, it's really a 2 person job but it looks great

Excellent service. Communication was great and plenty of advice about fitting. Had an issue with wrong peice of flue kit sent. They already had the correct piece dispatched to solve my issue before I knew it.

We purchased a 4 meter bell tent from Bell tent Boutique which is so easy to put up and take down, the quality of the tent is first class. It was the first time that I have been camping and at the age of 62 with a few health conditions I had no problems at all. I've since purchased a woodburner stove from Them which I am very pleased with as we intend to go camping over the winter months. The products we purchased arrived on time.

Had a really good experience because there was lots of clear information available especially if you're a first time buyer
The team even got in touch with me to let me know I was missing a piece of kit for the chimney in my belly tent, and got it added on to my order and shipped out with the rest of my delivery
Top service overall
I should note however, at point of writing I haven't actually had the time to put up the tent, but the service so far has been excellent so should expect more of the same with the tent too

Excellent service and amazing quality. So pleased with my new 5M Bell tent! This is the first I have owned (or put up) so I was genuinely surprised how easy it was to put up and just the whole Bell tent experience. I brought the matting too which I'd highly recommend if you can. It gives the whole tent that extra natural calming experience. Loving kitting it out with cushions etc. Already getting lots of use at home and will last a long time into the future, perfect for when Grandchildren come along! Chandelier had sold out but I brought from another site & suits a treat :) Thank you Bell Tent Boutique

I received excellent advice when I called Bell Tent Boutique regarding the configuration of the canopy/awning that I ordered. Delivery was prompt. The awning was used recently on a camping trip to Wales and it proved to be a great addition.

Great tent
Great tent (5m). Pick up was a bit of an ordeal. They share a space with another company. Ended up waiting for 30 minutes just for someone for the right company to be called.

Love our recently purchased 4 metre…
Love our recently purchased 4 metre Bell Tent with burner and stove. Whilst away despite the weather forecast being completely wrong our camping holiday experience was not dampened by the evenings stormy wet windy weather. In fact we were completely dry and warm with the log burner giving us that warm cosy feeling.
The Bell tent was easy to put up too. even for an incompetent fool like me.
The team at Bell Tent Boutique were also fabulous. I was able to speak to a human who quickly and politely sorted my query.
