The battery doesn't fit.
The battery doesn't fit.
I needed a battery for my HP 15S-EQ0507NA.
The supplied battery has the correct number HT03XL and L11119-855 but it is physically too big.
The screw holes line up but I would need to cut off the side locators from my laptop. m not prepared to do this.
I have sent an email but there is no reply 1 day later.

Replacement battery for Dell laptop
Ordered a replacement battery for a dell laptop. Dell no longer supplies this battery. The laptop refused to charge the new battery. BatteryBuy support were very responsive and helpful, Max got me to try a few things, but they didn't work, so they shipped me another battery which resolved the issue. Very happy with the support. Battery life is back to what it was when the laptop was new.

Replaced Asus laptop battery. Battery buy was the cheapest option that appeared not to be a scam. Delighted that the battery arrived quickly and was a perfect swap. So far so good. Battery arrived with the correct tools to conduct the job.
I did find it strange that the replacement battery had the Asus logos but they were blacked out..

Needed a new battery for an Asus laptop that was giving me no end of problems. Ordered on here and it arrived quickly. (Although Evri ignored the delivery instructions to put it in a shed and put it through the letterbox - causing worry regarding damage. Oh, and left the gate open to the street - But that's Evri for you.) Anyway, it was fine, installed it on the laptop with the tools provided by BatteryBuy UK, and all was well. Thanks, Folks!

The package arrived a day late. Personally I would use an alternative to Evri. They seem to have more problems than other delivery firms. And although the battery has now been fitted and seems fine, the package has previously been opened. On the whole, pleased.

Package never arrived - was delivered apparently to unsafe place and either stolen or not delivered at all. Still not received battery, should use a courier that delivers to door instead of throwing on ground outside or stealing for themselves

Brilliant
Brilliant. Ordered replacement laptop battery online on a Sunday night, delivered Weds lunchtime in Bedfordshire UK. I used a youtube video to remove the screws and open the case of the laptop, and remove the old battery. On opening the box that the battery came in I discovered all the necessary tools including the guitar plectrum and screwdrivers. Oops but I had my own. Replaced in minutes and now working fine and charging. Care is needed when opening the laptop case, to not snap any of the plastic lugs so don't rush.

Attention to detail.
The battery needed for my Asus laptop could have been one of four similar batteries depending on the exact Asus model of similar design and internal layout.
Easy to order the exact one, but this was made easy by showing pictures of each individual type and product number of each Laptops different fixtures.
Perfect way to make sure I did not order the wrong one, the also e-mailed me to confirm I had opened the laptop to compare and make certain I had ordered the correct type.
