Perfect swap out battery
Brilliant ordering process to delivery.
The battery was spot on with the necessary tools to change the old battery. Allow 24 hours for a full charge. Now have a long battery life again.

Dell XPS replacement battery

Battery was dead on arrival
Battery was dead on arrival, even though it had a QC sticker on it. It doesn't charge and is not a genuine product. Not easy to get hold of customer services either.
They also send an email when you make a purchase asking you to leave a 5 star review on Trust Pilot for 10% off future purchases.
What makes things worse is that they then emailed me to say that if I remove the negative comment on Trust Pilot then they will give me a full refund. My consumer rights should not depend on me removing a comment that was well deserved.
