My original DELL battery had come to the end of life, with less than an hour of operating time. Replaced it with the new battery. It was well packed, with some tools. No issues fitting. After one recharge cycle, getting close to 5 hours operating time. A satisfied customer

Disappointed with the durability of the battery purchased as a spare for our Shark Power Detect Vacuum Cleaner. After a little over 8 weeks from purchase this battery has a run time of around 50% that of the genuine battery. I use both a genuine and this aftermarket battery during a cleaning session so the comparison is accurate.

Follow up. So I ordered a battery for a JBL Flip order number NZZ2026082005285716.
The company and order were advertised as being in Auckland nz. However nzbattery.co.nz is actually a Chinese company and they are liars who just want to steel your hard earned money.
Bait and switch...
The manager of nzbatter.co.nz who did not leave his or her name, replied to my fist review stating they would fix the issue of taking my money for a 3 - 4 day delivery which was never going to happen as the company is actually in China.
Nzbattery.co.nz did not ever make contact to fix anything they only answered the review to save face so they can continue to be fraudulent.
When the battery finally arrived it was of pour quality and I fact didn't work. Disappointed but not surprised.
I want my money back in full now.
If the money is not back I my account within 1 week I will use ever platform to inform the word of you fraudulent company and then some.

Truly SUPERB Service and exactly the rechargeable battery for my LG Cordless Vacuum that I wanted, which fits perfectly and works like a dream...
That's all good, as to be expected, of course...
BUT, it was the incredibly efficient ease of ordering, a GREAT Price, precision Tracking to the door by each phase of transfer/transportation and it arrived days and days well BEFORE the expected delivery date, and all the way from Hong Kong - AMAAAZZZING!

Excellent communication, delivered on time
I don't purchase parts online without checking with the supplier when I will receive them before ordering. I received a confirmation the same day and the batteries were delivered on time. The battery was for my Bose headphones which now run all day no problem.

I brought a battery for my laptop in…
I brought a battery for my laptop in may, took ages to come, had some issues at the start with heating but seems fine. its now July 2026 and its down to 26% and not charging. So I dunno. Ill have to go elsewhere.
EDIT: the battery that was down to 26% over 7 days all of a sudden is now at 100% I think this is a calibration issue, not a battery issue. I will keep you posted. So far its fine again.

Very happy with the battery I purchased.
The product was well packaged and arrived promptly. upon unwrapping the battery, I placed on the charger and charged it for a few hours and then installed on to my shark vacuum cleaner and it went like a breeze, like my original shark battery. Well Done NZ Battery.

Delayed Delivery, Poor Communication
I ordered a replacement battery from nzbattery.co.nz on 29 June. It was supposed to be delivered by 6 July, but it never arrived. No communication or updates were sent regarding any shipping delays.
When I contacted customer service to cancel the order and request a refund due to the missed deadline, they refused, claiming they cannot cancel it because the package has already left their warehouse and is in transit.
They did not meet their promised delivery timeframe and are now refusing a standard cancellation. Very poor service. I will not recommend them to anyone.
