Very Poor quality
Poor quality. The battery that was bought was difficult to calibrate properly in the first place. Thereafter it has hardly lasted for about an year from installation. It started worsening exactly the 13th month after purchase but within an year after installing in the laptop. I contacted them to no avail. Clearly made to fail. Strictly avoid. There is no customer recourse with them either.
I saw the reply and it seems a standard one. No proper lithium battery should ideally fail within a year. This is obviously of very low standard with significant metal impurities hence the issue that it is not just a fail as all the cells have gone completely and it doesnt retain charge for even 10min. Clearly not a serendipity issue but a mnanufacturing issue. This is what I want any future customers to understand. It is a toss of coin when you purchase with them.

If you're looking to deal with a company with the worst customer service and lack of willingness to help in the UK you might have found!
After being supplied with a faulty battery, the company decided to drag their heels as much as possible to avoid giving a refund or a replacement. I'm now bordering three weeks after receipt of the item. I'm now having to raise chargebacks with my bank to obtain my money back.

Battery purchases make me uneasy. Exploding ebikes are one of the leading causes of fires near me. However, various manfacturers don't make the sort of batteries I need anymore, say where I've migrated an elderly relative to linux because they're through with microsoft and don't want to upgrade their beloved laptop. So I was forced to look elsewhere and this site got high ratings on Trustpilot. It deserves them. The battery is a reasonable price and arrives promptly with the tools you need to swap out the battery included as a courtesy. So far I've had 3 batteries and 0 issues.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a company on the web that actually lived up to their promises.
It was easy to find the battery that I wanted at a great price on lenovobatteryshop & the ordering process was just as easy. The battery arrived on the date promised in a sturdy box in perfect condition.
I fitted the battery in my laptop today with the required screwdrivers provided in the box & it worked first time. I charged it to 100% & as I write the laptop has been running unplugged on the new battery for the last 5hrs & still shows 41% life remaining. New battery drains down to 30% after 90 mins
Thank you for delivering the battery to me quickly. And the communication with the sales and support team was very good.
But I am disappointed with the battery I bought. It is just a month old and my battery drains down to 30% after 90 minutes use without power cable. I would have expected a brand new battery to last at least 5 hours before I had to plug it in for recharge, not 90 minutes. Feels like a substandard battery to me. Not impressed.

Lenovo laptop battery replacement
Website information was comprehensive, making ordering very easy. Full tracking on order and excellent communication from seller. Battery arrived in good time, well packed in a strong cardboard box which included all the tools required for opening the Lenovo laptop and replacing the battery. Battery charged up from 0 to 100% no problems and appears to hold the charge, when not in use, better than the previous genuine Lenovo battery.

T430 battery
I ordered a battery for my Lenovo T430s. It came fast, good price, not original one, but I understand that for a laptop from 2012 it is hard to get original battery. From the start it was showing 70% of capacity, I didn't raise straightaway to make sure it is not my fault. After testing the battery for around two weeks it was still showing the same, plus it was rapidly dropping its charge to 5% after reaching 30-40%. I have contacted support asking for replacement. They offered me 30% discount. After some days of emails (it was Christmas time, I am glad that anyone was dealing with customers at this time, big kudos for that!) they offered 50% discount. I needed a good, working battery though. Finally I asked again for replacement and for the battery to be tested before despatch. They agreed and sent replacement. at the first glance it was visible that it was opened, very good sign. The replacement battery is showing 100% capacity and is working perfectly fine.
I give only 3 stars because they were very reluctant to offer that replacement and it took a lot of emails back and forth to deal with it, but customer service was always professional, kind and helpful.
