New battery, easy to install and a self-esteem boost. Then DEVASTATED!
I shouldn't be surprised, but this replacement battery was the right one for my laptop, incredibly easy to install, not least thanks to the tools that were sent with it, and it actually works!
My laptop has been out of action for so long as it only worked when plugged in. Now it's like new again!
My self-esteem has been boosted too, as I managed to install it myself after a quick read of the helpful guidance.
UPDATE 2 hours later: Suddenly, the laptop died and now won't work without the cable plugged in again. DEVASTATED!

Battery Calibration: Sometimes, newly installed batteries need to be calibrated. Try letting it charge fully and then discharge it completely (down to 0%) before charging it back up to 100% again. This can help the battery and laptop communicate properly.
Check Battery Health: Some laptops have software or settings that monitor battery health and performance. You could check if the laptop’s battery management software indicates any issues.
Try a Different Power Source: Sometimes, it’s not the battery but the power adapter or charging port that’s the issue.

Speedy Service
Ordered a replacement battery for an older Lenovo Y700 Ideapad, which was despatched on a 24hr tracked delivery.
All arrived as promised and the package even included the tools needed to carry out the battery swap (screwdrivers and plastic trim tool to get the back off the laptop.)
Easy to change the battery as it's plug and play. Charged back up to full and the laptop runs like it did when it was new (battery wise of course)
Very impressed with both the speed of service and the quality of the product, and would happily recommend.

You have sent a 7.6 volt battery which I have queried but still not got a reply.
Instead of asking for 5 star reviews perhaps you can tell me if the battery you supplied is OK or send me the battery I ordered if not.
You were quick to take the order but your follow up service is not good hence the 2 stars.

No complaints at all, ordered online after a quick search then had to confirm the specific type of battery (2 different models are available). Once confirmed the new battery took 2 days to arrive then about 10 mins to fit! Very good service, would recommend

Good service but battery replacement didn’t work
Order placed and very prompt delivery and notifications. I ordered a replacement battery for Lenovo Yoga laptop but it didn’t work. Not the company’s fault as further reading on my part found this often to be the case. You need to order the actual Lenovo battery which is more expensive.
