Made 2 orders nothing received
Made 2 orders. One Sunday 29th for next day delivery so expected it to be here Tuesday. Made another order Tuesday 31st again for next day delivery, money has been taken both times, went on live chat sent proof no response, id avoid.

Disappointed changed original review in good faith only to not receive refund
Ordered a vape to receive email next day saying one i chose was unavailable, received help from Roy who sent an alternative which i unfortunately did not like. Requested a return which is being honoured. Roy Sam has assisted me from start to finish and has shown excellent customer service an asset employee. Thank You Roy. Changed review as company received my good back 5.2.26 and I have had no correspondence regarding my refund after numerous emails sent by myself

I ordered 2 vapes and paid only later to receive an email stating the items were out of stock and offered alternatives ,which i believe may have been slightly more expensive ,I made a choice and said items arrived 2 days later .I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the response/interaction from the seller .

Great Customer Service
The product I ordered had been discontinued, I was offered an alternative which was cheaper than the one I had paid for & some additional juices, I received the item but no juices and no partial refund as promised. I would like to add that following my review I was contacted & offered a credit to my account and they could not have been more helpful, especially Sara who went above and beyond, fantastic service
