I have never used this company before…
I have never used this company before so was not sure how it would pan out! However , I found the right battery after having no help from Dyson who advised me to buy anothe vacuum cleaner for £1200!
I fitted the new battery which arrived within a few days and all the issues with poor perfomance of the cleaner I had were sorted out! Hurrah!

Ordered a Dell laptop battery
Ordered a Dell laptop battery. The price was good, delivery was excellent. Battery arrived with some charge and left on charge while using laptop but only held charge on its own for a short time after initial charge. Hopefully this will improve after a longer charge time.

They don't stock all the batteries they list
I bought a battery and was told it will arrive in a week. They then said 3 weeks and I've just checked after a month to be told that they no longer stock the battery and refunded... Waste of time.

Battery arrived within a couple of days, but the connector snapped during fitting. Had to tape it down. It's on charge now so we'll see how it goes. Not impressed so far.

Two exellent, good value10.8V 36.2 Nikon Z batteries.
I have been using two 10.8V 36.2Wh replacement battery in my Nikon Z9 for a couple of weeks now. They are functioning perfectly, compatible with the Nikon charger, and generally seem to be good substitutes for the much more expensive Nikon branded items. One reservation was that they took a while to arrive (dispatched from China). But I wasn't in urgent need so this wasn't a problem - and the tracking info provided reassured me the package was on its way.

I received the replacement battery…
I received the replacement battery quickly and saw that it also included tools like screwdriver and plastic spudger. I didn't need them, since I have my own, but nice to have them. The battery was a direct replacement for the OEM and fitting was easy. Initially I was very unhappy with the battery performance, since I was only getting around 80 minutes for 100-10% battery, which was less than the old OEM battery I took out. However, I think this may be something to do with me using Linux, since by coincidence I had to boot into Windows (I have a dual boot setup) for something and then apply some Windows updates (of course....!) and then when I booted again into Linux and ran another discharge check, the available time on battery for 100-20% went up to 209 minutes, meaning total battery time down to 0% would be around 4 hours, which is comparable to what the OEM battery gave and way better than I had got initially with the replacement battery. I still don't know exactly why the coincidental boot into Windows resulted in such a dramatic change in battery performance, but I am now pleased with the battery and able to give a positive review.

Your observation about the battery performance difference between Linux and Windows is very insightful. Sometimes the battery firmware or the system's power management calibration can behave differently across operating systems, and booting into Windows may have triggered a firmware update or calibration event that improved Linux's ability to interpret battery status more accurately.
We're happy to know that you're now getting performance on par with the original OEM battery. If you ever figure out the exact cause of the change, we’d love to hear more!
