Sorry to hear you found the delivery slow. I can see that you order was delivered within the advertised delivery timeframe (bearing in mind the bank holiday). We do also offer express delivery options for when things are needed faster. Sadly we cannot quite compete with Amazon on all fronts (yet) - though I would like to think we make up for this in other ways as a small business that is happy to help customers as much as possible.

Great prices and excellent customer service
Prices were fair and they matched them too! Customer service was excellent. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and didn't mind all my many questions. Delivery was quick, payment easy and all items arrived were as expected. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service
As property is a rental I didn't want to spend a lot on new bathroom but still wanted to give tenants something stylish and decent quality. Bathlab ticked all the boxes but in addition the customer service was excellent. I had a few questions before ordering and these were all answered quickly by email from Greg. Basin was unavoidably damaged during transit and one small item was missing from order. All resolved speedily with no quibbles. Delighted with quality, value for money and outstanding customer service. So are my tenants!
