Communication directly with Bath Lab was good and they were eager to help resolve the issue.
However, it might be helpful in the future to improve the delivery service.

Great prompt and personal service
Had a sink and shower screen safely delivered. Very impressed with the prompt and personal service - was immediately contacted after ordering with delivery options and goods were delievered on time. Very happy with Bath Lab.

Very Happy. Great quality, Easy to order.
Ordered a vanity sink unit. Website easy to use and order. Very happy with the product. Small issue with the first delivery where it came earlier than stated and we missed it by 5 mins but sorted quickly and efficiently by Greg (Thanks again!). Overall very happy.

Good product, good price poor delivery service
I bought a Britton bathrooms vanity unit which was on sale at Bathlab. Now that it has arrived I am pleased with the product. However the delivery process was painful - took a whole day off work to wait in for it. In the afternoon I rang to get a delivery time but was told it wasn't coming. Didn't get any notice of the re-delivery which was left in my bin store (Why did I have to wait in if it could be left?!) The customer services were very helpful and apologetic but not in control of the facts. Probably too much hassle to use Bathlab again.

5 star customer service from Greg. We unfortunately had a few issues with our order, which was down to the manufacturer and courier company. Greg was so quick to respond and resolve all of our issues. It’s not often you deal with a company that resolves issues so efficiently!

Excellent customer service
Contacted Bathlab, with queries about a bath screen, via online chat. Excellent response from Greg who went out of his way to find answers to all my questions. The screen arrived very quickly too - less than the 3 days mentioned.

Amazing customer service! I realised I ordered the wrong item the day before it was due to be delivered, Greg, stopped the delivery and got me the right item still delivered next day. Highly recommended company with competitive pricing too.

Not happy at all and will not recommend
I have ordered the door handle and paid for Express delivery £7.99 and expecting my order to arrive next day , but it did not arrive I rang them and they saif they will order from the supplier once the customer place the on their website and when they received it they will forward it to the customer. I have have received the product after 10 days after paying for express delivery . The quality of the product is absolutely rubbish .

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your order.
We do offer a next day service on a lot of our products but not on the one you had selected, the express delivery service is 2-3 working days as advertised. Some of our products come from our own stock, some come in first and some are sent directly - but that is allowed for in our quoted delivery times.
I have checked and can see your order was delivered after 4 days (not 10 as claimed...) so I apologise that the delivery took a day longer than expected and have refunded you the difference in express and standard delivery.
We do sell a lot of the item ordered and I haven't had negative feedback on it before, If you are not happy with it, please email us on sales@bathlab.co.uk to arrange a return.
