After a frustrating experience with another retailer who kept delaying my order (6 weeks!!) for a Maxi-Cosi Dove Pro baby bouncer, I came across Bambinos & Beyond. I had initially purchased this at a reduced price from the other retailer (£70 cheaper than on the actual Maxi-Cosi site) and noticed that Bambinos & Beyond did ‘price match’ so I explained my situation to their team and provided proof of what I had paid elsewhere. They were incredibly understanding and immediately agreed to price match the offer, making the whole process so easy and stress-free.

Once I placed my order, I received clear communication and updates, and to my surprise, the bouncer arrived within just three days - exactly as promised. The item was perfectly packaged and arrived in excellent condition.

Bambinos & Beyond completely turned around what had been a really frustrating shopping experience. Their efficiency, friendly communication, and willingness to help genuinely made a difference. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable baby products and outstanding service!

Highly recommend both company and product.

The quality of the items purchased was excellent. However, my advice to future purchasers would be to take no notice of the estimated delivery date or promises made - they respond to emails and make empty promises but cannot deliver on time. I was promised a 10% discount for the inconvenience caused but am still waiting for that to materialise.

I placed my order over two months ago, and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. There has been little to no communication from the company during this time, and every time I’ve reached out for an update, I either get no reply or a vague “it’s on the way.”
I understand delays can happen, but two months is excessive, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. What’s worse, my payment went through immediately, but the product was nowhere to be seen. At this point, I’ve completely lost confidence in this company. My baby was left with no pushchair despite ordering months before.
Unless they can drastically improve their shipping times and customer service, I won’t be ordering from them again — and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

A fantastic experience from the moment I purchased the item! Which itself is absolutely stunning, we ordered the redkite feed me Lolo hi-chair and we have not been disappointed. Easy to assembly, looks amazing and is able to fold up nicely for storage. The delivery process was so easy, and came within days of purchasing allowing step by step tracking along the way which made me more at ease.
