We have purchased a pushchair, furniture set and bath items from bambino and beyond and would 110% recommend. The servive and attention to detail is excellent and the products are brilliant with a great price tag.

A smooth experience with the car seat swiftly received. Good communication from start to end of ordering the product and receiving it.

I placed my order over two months ago, and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. There has been little to no communication from the company during this time, and every time I’ve reached out for an update, I either get no reply or a vague “it’s on the way.”
I understand delays can happen, but two months is excessive, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. What’s worse, my payment went through immediately, but the product was nowhere to be seen. At this point, I’ve completely lost confidence in this company. My baby was left with no pushchair despite ordering months before.
Unless they can drastically improve their shipping times and customer service, I won’t be ordering from them again — and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

A fantastic experience from the moment I purchased the item! Which itself is absolutely stunning, we ordered the redkite feed me Lolo hi-chair and we have not been disappointed. Easy to assembly, looks amazing and is able to fold up nicely for storage. The delivery process was so easy, and came within days of purchasing allowing step by step tracking along the way which made me more at ease.

Me and my wife we both were looking for something good, cost efficient and stylist newborn pram, cot and all the accesorries. We were agreed to buy pram, car seat and some other accesories from john lewis at the price of 1600£. But we decided to do some market survey and found bambino & beyond giving same products with same quality at the price of less than 500£. We saved more than 1000£, and they delivered all the products with in 2 days. I will do furthere shopping for my newborn baby from bambinos & beyond. I have already recommended to some new born parents and will recommend to my community and freinds.

Got my second hand isofix and it’s in perfect condition - would highly recommended!!

My partner and I have been in store a couple of times whilst shopping for our travel system. Both times all the staff were so lovely and welcoming making for a very comfortable and relaxed experience. We purchased an ex display pram which we love and was a very reasonable price. We then ordered a car seat online for delivery which arrived well within a week and we received email and text updates of delivery. We would recommend Bambino’s and Beyond to anyone wanting a relaxed and lovely baby shopping experience.

The baby changing Matt I bought was packaged and delivered in a huge cardbroad box meant for a pram, the Matt didn’t even fill half of the box. The box was that big I’ve been unable to use my recycling bin and I had to take it to the top to get rid off. The Matt was also folded in half and squashed down which seemed to make the material stretch and lift so it was very loose and had lifted away from the Matt. It’s a shame as the Matt’s lovely.

The goods ordered are excellent however the time taken to get the parts to me was I'm afraid unacceptable. I was given one date and that passed and was given another date which also passed and was told that the goods haven't arrived at your warehouse and I would receive it in the next delivery. I finally received the item a long time after ordering it.

The woodland walks play gym that I bought is for my granddaughter for her baby shower on Sunday. Hopefully she will be very happy with it. Frances

The price was the best available, the product was correct and in perfect condition. Communication was good.
From reading reviews, I was aware that delivery may be on the slow side and didn't mind that; I did appreciate their letting me know that my order hadn't been forgotton, and it arrived within the 2 weeks I'd anticipated.
All in all, a pleasant shopping experience and I'd recommend Bambinos and Beyond.

Fantastic service from Bambinos & Beyond. Best price for the Cosatto giggle travel system that I found, was a little worried it was to good to be true, but they were great. Was informed at every step of the purchase and item was delivered the very next working day.
Their website had a huge selection to chose from and was delivered with care. Really cant fault them and will be using them again.

Update from the review I posted the other day. I’ve received both of my items today and they are in excellent condition. I have received an apology from the company and some additional credit to spend. It was explained to me that this event happened due to staff sickness which is understandable and unpredictable. I really appreciate their honesty in the matter although that would have been much welcomed at the start of my inquiry. That said, “alls well that ends well”. After my complaint was addressed I received quick responses to my emails to keep me in the loop about dispatch and delivery times. Thank you once again x

We spent around £1,000 on a Maxi-Cosi travel system from Bambinos and Beyond. At first everything seemed fine but after a couple of months of use, we found that the teeth on one of the zips was completely stuck and unable to open/close.

When I contacted them about a warranty claim, I found out they had actually given us the wrong pushchair. It was a slightly different model than the one on the invoice. It was almost identical in appearance, so there was no way we could have known at the time without a deep knowledge of Maxi-Cosi products. We ordered a black Maxi-Cosi pushchair and that's what we got.

Their response was crazy. They told me I had no warranty because it wasn’t the item on the invoice, and that it was my fault for not spotting their mistake sooner.

Let that sink in: they gave me the wrong product, and then blamed me for not spotting their mistake. They didn't take any responsibility for making the mistake in the first place and tried to deny me my consumer rights. When I pointed out the specific UK consumer law, which protects me regardless of their mistake, they didn't care. They sent me a few dismissive emails and then they simply stopped replying. When I called, I was told there was only one person I could speak to about this, but she never got back to me.

Eventually I had to go directly to Maxi-Cosi, who thankfully honoured the warranty (because of course I have a warranty) and resolved the issue. Bambinos and Beyond did absolutely nothing to help.

This company was super friendly before taking my money, but once there was a problem, they refused responsibility, denied my rights, and ghosted me. If you value decent service and basic honesty, avoid Bambinos and Beyond at all costs.
