Shannon walked through all the best products using our specific requirements in mind such as preferred colours and budget. The products were priced reasonably and the quality is outstanding which blows places like Mamas and Papas out the waters.
Was blown away with how all the products are beautifully displayed and how friendly all the staff were. Refreshments were offered and you was made to feel very welcome from start to finish, no question felt like it was too much trouble.
Delivery was super quick and Shannon and Clair kept us up to date through the whole process.
Will 100% recommend to all my friends and family and anybody else who asks.

Honestly couldn’t be more happier and couldnt recommend enough. From the moment we entered the shop the girls were honestly amazing. This is the third time we have been to the store and was helped so much. From showing us the full range of prams and not rushing us or forcing in anyway. They made making our decision for our dream pram so easy and i couldnt thank the girls enough. Lovely service from the get go and cant wait to collect our dream pushchair travel set. Will definitely be visiting again to purchase some more stuff for our future baby

Order arrived after 6 weeks and it’s the wrong colour

I’m so happy with my Cosatto pram
I’m so happy with my Cosatto pram! The quality is amazing and I can’t wait to use it when my little boy arrives. The whole experience has been made even better by the fantastic customer service — when my discount code didn’t work, the staff were so helpful and quickly sorted it out by sending me a new one. They were friendly, understanding, and made everything so easy. Thank you Cosatto, I can’t wait for all the adventures ahead with my boy in his new pram! 💙
Terrible customer service …
Ordered in May for pre order and delivery mid June.
Have been emailing customer service for an update as expected a tracking link by now. They take 3 days to reply to emails and just say they’re chasing it with no other details.
Have been told they’re allocating the next delivery to go to me will arrive sometime next week so vague and no apologies despite this being weeks past when it was meant to arrive.
Very concerning they’ve just taken the money and I see no evidence of the products coming to us and we spent over £1k on a bundle.

Venus double pram
I ordered the ickle bubba venus double pram, this was at a great price which beat everywhere else I had looked for this. Once ordered I then looked at reviews which said there is some wait on orders from this company, so i expected it but I ordered in plenty of time. I was kept up to date along the way. When I emailed them for an update I would always be in contact with someone very kind, polite and helpful. The customer service was amazing from them, can't fault it. The wait though was something out of their control this time as they were struggling to be able to get this item in stock. I would definitely order from this company again just due to their customer service, you can really tell that it's a family business and they love what they do. They were so understanding and just generally amazing.

I ordered the double pram with the carry cart and it arrived in absolutely beautiful condition it took a bit longer to turn up than I thought it would, the customer service is second to none and they sorted out the issue straight away and reply to me within an hour. Horrendous customer service on multiple occasions. Which is a shame as a returning customer I was expecting the perfect service I had received the first time.
Called twice on three different occasions and got told id hear back before the end of the day (never did each time)
Wrong dispatch date shown on the website and was out by a whole month.
Faulty pram on delivery and the company were trying to do it through warranty to avoid a refund.
In the end I returned the item, had enough of dealing with the company. They reckon the good will was giving me a refund for a returned item….

After we orderd our pram bundle from a different shop first they decided after 6 weeks they couldnt get our pram and anounced there closing down😡,and are going to refund us with only 2 weeks togo till our little 1 arives we called bambinos & beyhond the same day we walked in collected our pram an car seat and recieved the accesories within a week deliverd to our home stress free absolute life savers the girls in the shop couldnt of been more genuine an helpfull thanks again
24 days later... pram still not received
I ordered a pram on 17th May, which had an estimated dispatch of 10-14 days. 24 days later and I am still waiting.
On Sunday 7th June I was told by the support team I would receive tracking for my pram by Monday - it is now Wednesday and I'm still waiting for an update. Responses to emails are extremely slow (or give false information!) and I can't find a number to ring other then for the store itself, who can't help me.
When will I receive my pram??? I will update my review if and when my pram is received.

No contact and order not fulfilled
I placed an order on 12th march with a 10-14 working day delivery. I then spoke to someone on the phone and was advised that the item would be delivered by 01/06. It is now 09/06 and no one is emailing me back I have tried to call over 50 times and no one picks up. The baby is due now there is nowhere for him to sleep unless I order from elsewhere. I just need some contact from someone to tell me where my order is!

The BEST! Never disappoint! Customer service is always welcoming, best variety of baby and toddler things and pushchairs in store, and staff are so lovely. When ever if you got a little issue with product you’re actually heard and helped to solve problems effortlessly !

Avoid! Unless you want a masterclass in contradictions and issues for weeks!
For what was supposed to be a ln exciting purchase turned into weeks of stress, being told contrary things that were possible and not possible, complaint dealt with like group of disconnected staff or ai because no one fully acknowledged by issues, their director apologised to me but holds no weight as the promised made by them could not be upheld to fix my issue to just get the correct item i ordered.
Such a waste of time and stress iv had to ask for a full refund and wont be doing any further business with this company.
Ill buy the item from anywhere else.
Dont waste your time as stress and wasted time are not things i wish in anyone else during pregnancy.still dont have what i paid for or my money back yet since so many emails, only just getting to a collection before refund stage and at this point i feel not only messed around but annoyed at the terrible handling from mutiple staff about the issues and contradictions and lies which made the whole experience worse.

Also in regards to response to my review about being lied, i want clarify why that statement of false promises and contradictions was made as to about a return label not being possible then why did the director shannon email me this again in their response to this review they say its a consistent policy but people can judge for them selves, also a collection i was not aware was coming to my door shortly after recieving the below email stating there to collect 2! Parcels, was suspicious and not mentioned below any collection would be coming as id confirmed i wanted the re paid return option, so a confused call from my mum there was a courrier unexpected at her door for an item i had not confirmed arrangements for hence the “refusal” untill i had spoken to someone to see what was going on .
Again for transparency to others wheres what i had initially been emailed after being posted the correct box for a black baby carrier which had a pink and beige lepord print baby carrier inside the box i didnt order:
“ Hi Claire,
Please accept my sincere apologies for the mix-up here. I’m honestly not sure how this has happened.
Can I just check whether the correct colour is shown on the box itself, or does the box also state Leopard? Either way, we’ll get this resolved and the correct carrycot sent out for you as quickly as possible.
I did notice the review that was left and wanted to apologise if you felt ignored. Looking through our records, this email came through at around 11pm on Friday evening. As a small family-run business, we do often monitor emails outside of normal working hours, but unfortunately we can’t always guarantee an immediate response overnight.
If you contacted us during our opening hours and didn’t receive a timely reply, then I sincerely apologise for that as well. We never want any customer to feel unheard, and I’m sorry that this has been your experience.
We’ll arrange for the correct carrycot to be dispatched on Monday. For the incorrect one, I can either arrange a collection from your address on a day that suits you, or if it’s more convenient, I can send you a prepaid returns label for you to drop it off at a suitable time.
Just let me know which option you’d prefer and we’ll get everything sorted for you.

UPDATE: The company has now acknowledged that the missed collection on 9th June was on their side. After nearly two weeks of being told collection was required and that this was their standard process, I was finally sent a prepaid returns label — the exact solution originally offered by the Director and requested by me from the start.
In a further twist, before I could even use the label, a courier unexpectedly arrived and collected the item anyway. No receipt was provided, no tracking details were supplied, and I received no prior notification that a collection had been arranged.
At this point, the item has been returned, I am still awaiting confirmation of the refund, and the entire process has been a masterclass in contradictory information, poor communication and unnecessary stress over what should have been a straightforward return.
Final update: I ordered the same carrier directly from Bizzi Growin and received the correct item within 2 days. Meanwhile, the Bambinos order was eventually cancelled and refunded after weeks of emails, contradictory information, missed arrangements and chasing. I am pleased the refund was ultimately processed, but the overall experience was far more stressful and time-consuming than it ever needed to be.
