Great pushchair at a great price
Item was a very good price and delivery was super fast. Really lightweight pushchair, plenty of room in seat and footmuff makes it warm and cosey.

Not impressed so far. Customer service is shocking; online portal they don’t reply, email communication has taken 8 hours so far following being told they are ‘chasing’ my order for me. If we don’t hear soon when our delivery will be will be cancelling the order.

Bambinos & beyond have been fantastic. From visiting the store and showing us a different range of prams and answering any questions via email instantly. Making our process really smooth. They kept us up to date with delivery and when the delivery was so smooth. Overall we had a fantastic journey getting our pushchair and other items. Will definitely be back. Bad communication
Ordered an item in September which said 7-10 working days delivery, constantly had to contact them as I was receiving no contact or updates. The item took over 2 months to arrive after me chasing them for all that time. Wouldn’t recommend. The company really needs to up the communication. If I was kept in the know it wouldn’t have been half as bad.
