I carried 2 luggages from USA to Bangladesh and they didn’t pay me! Please, take it very seriously and Do Not Travel with Backpack if you care about your money!!

They have become a nightmare for the US traveler. We provided a deposit and carried the luggage when 7 business days payment timeline was provided. After 7 business days, they, again and again, told me money will be provided the next business day. The same "tomorrow" or "early next week" repeated again and again. In the meantime, we missed a credit card payment which resulted in a late fee. It took them 30 days to get the luggage and pay me back. If you are okay with sitting your money somewhere for more than a month then Backpack is okay. Otherwise, don't carry the luggage, if you do - your vacation will be ruined.

If you do not operate in a specific country, remove it from the sign up page instead of wasting people's time from trying to sign up and contacting customer service.

I have been travelling with Backpack since 2018 and recently traveled with them in Jan 2023 and my experience throughout the whole journey was great. They are very strict with their commitments. I landed on Jan 11 2023 and received my payment on Jan 21st. I have suggested some of my family members also. Hopefully their experience would be great too

Customer service is a joke. Ordered a product two months ago. Listening to their lame excuses since.

It's my first time as a traveller and my experience is quite good with them. Their website very organised, rapid repsonse for any query. My uncle also travelled with them. And his experience was also good. They refund our deposit and pay our payment within due time. Best wishes for them.

I wish I could give them negative scores!! What a horrible experience! My trip to Bangladesh was a mess only because of them! I carried 2 luggages from USA to Bangladesh and they didn’t pay me what they are supposed to! Please, take it very seriously and Do Not Travel with Backpack if you care about your money!!

I deposited $2500 as a traveler. First they sent more weights than one bag. Later, even after 4 weeks, backpack has not paid back any money including deposit. Very careful to deal with them.

Personally, I think Backpack is laundering money and cheating customers/travelers from both end.

I was a traveler. They did not returned My $4000 on time. They took 5 month 23 days to retuned my own money. Stay away, horrible customer service.
