Very much disappointed. I placed an order on July 12, 2026. Estimated delivery was 4 Aug 2026. Before placing the order, I asked for the delivery deadline. They replied that orders from the USA take 3-4 weeks. I was okay, so I placed the order. A couple of times I have knocked on them, my product is not even purchased yet, when will I get it? They ensured it will be purchased very soon and in order. On 5th August, they called me and said it would take another month and that I would receive it by the end of August or the first week of September. I was stunned and said okay. How the hell can they consume the whole time and let me know about the delay after the delivery schedule passed? Today is 11 August, and they have not purchased it yet. I was furious at their Facebook page, and I was rough. They are showing attitude. Take a refund or wait for the product. No value for time.

This is kind of fraud. Think before buying. If needed, proof knock me anytime.

I placed an order with Backpack and paid 6,890 BDT in advance. Since then, I have contacted customer support many times. Every time, I receive the same response: "You will get it this week." Unfortunately, the promised delivery date keeps getting postponed.

As of today, I have neither received my product nor a refund. This has caused unnecessary frustration and a complete loss of confidence in the company's service.

I hope Backpack takes responsibility and resolves this issue by delivering my order immediately or providing a full refund. Until then, I cannot recommend buying from them.

Unreal good, I had to get it before my girlfriend’s birthday and they delivered.

I had a very poor experience with Backpack. They don’t provide any option to cancel an order. Their customer support email did not respond for over two days, and their hotline number was switched off.

I needed to cancel an order urgently, but there was no way to reach them. When they finally replied after two days, they informed me that the order could not be canceled and that a refund was not possible.

I placed an order with Backpack Bang and paid over 40k tk on September 4 2025. Their email states that refunds should be processed in 8–10 weeks, but it's January 2026 now. I have sent multiple emails to their support requesting a refund, but I have received nothing. Their official refund policy is vague and discretionary, offering no clear enforceable timeline, but the delay exceeds even the most generous interpretation of their stated policy.

They are scammers that’s what they are. Placed an order almost a year back didn’t get the refund still. It’s been almost 1.5 years and I am still waiting for my refund

This is an absolute scam. They don't give refund for cancelled orders. Customer service drops the call in the middle of the call without resolution. This company should be reported to NBR for dodging import taxes for delivered goods. Order at your own risk.

Please do not order from this website it is a full on scam. Before covid their service was good but now they will just take your money and hope you never ask for it back. They will only return your money if you file a case with dncrp and/or file a chargeback on your card.

২০২৫ সালে কখনোই ব্যাকপ্যাক থেকে কিনবেন না। তারা ভ্রমণকারীদের টাকা দিচ্ছে না এবং তারা সম্পূর্ণ মিথ্যা বিজ্ঞাপন দিচ্ছে। তারা বলে যে তারা ১৫-২০ দিনের মধ্যে জিনিসটি নিয়ে আসবে যা সম্পূর্ণ মিথ্যা, তাদের ২ মাস সময় লাগে। আমি ডিএমপিতে মামলা করতে যাচ্ছিলাম কিন্তু তারা আমার টাকা ফেরত দিতে রাজি হয়েছিল। এটি ২০২৫ সালে সম্পূর্ণ কেলেঙ্কারী।

We had to FedEx it at the last minute because the Backpack Pay system did not work for us. We set it all up online to link to the 529 account, and the system said it would verify account connectivity, but we never received an email confirmation back or any communication from them at all. Their low communication level was dissapointing. They do not have a phone number so there is no way to talk to anyone at Backpack Payments. They were unreliable for us, and did not work, so we had to FedEx the tuition check for $67.

I ordered a $2000 laptop via Backpack. They discarded the original outer box, exposing the device to damage during transit. When it arrived after 2 months, it had visible dents. The power adapter was also sent separately, days later.

I filed a complaint, but Backpack refused to take responsibility. It took nearly 6 months and involvement from Consumer Rights authorities, yet no resolution or compensation was provided.

Avoid Backpack for electronics or valuable items — there's no guarantee of proper handling or accountability.

Overcharging, False promising, They never refund you and make things hardest. :(

Never Buy from backpack in 2025. They are not paying Travelers and they are totally false advertising. They say they will bring the item within 15-20 days which is completely false, they take 2 months. I was going to file a case at DMP but they agreed to return my money. This is total scam in 2025

I have been a long-time customer since 2015 and service was pretty satisfactory; but since Covid happened, I have placed over 10 orders and have not received the products nor the refund and had to talk to the bank to get back my money! I don't trust them anymore.

There are very few ways to communicate with them and the person who replies to the emails is very very unprofessional and not helpful at all

I ordered a product from them on March 17, 2024. However, they were unable to deliver the product, so I filed a refund request on March 24, 2024. According to their website's terms and conditions, they are obliged to issue a refund within 60 days in the case of non-delivery. But even after 90 days, they failed to refund me. I tried to contact them millions of times in various ways, but they keep giving me excuses and have pissed me off!
I would suggest that everyone stay away from them!

People, please DON'T PAY THEM.
I ordered on March 15, and after wasting more than a month they canceled my order on May 02, and initiated a refund process. Unfortunately, today its April 01, 2024, I got no refund. The refund process is still pending. No company in Bangladesh take more than two weeks for any refund. This is really a scam. Avoid them at any cost if you have read this review.

Update: I later on filed a complaint on Consumer Rights (dncrp.com), and just after 10 days of that I got my refund. I would have sued them in the court, however I live in a remote area which is difficult for me to attend the hearing in Dhaka. I will suggest you, living near Dhaka, to file a complaint and go with the procedure. Thia scam company must be STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.
