Worst bed ever used thrown in the recycling, whoever has designed it doesnt have a clue on how to build a good cot bed. Really flimsy and really difficult to build. I wouldn't recommend.

Overall good service
Overall good service, good communications, and solid product. A part of the product ordered was damaged on arrival but this was quickly replaced. Overall would recommend buying from Babymore.

One of the best customer services ever
One of the best customer services I’ve ever experienced. More than three years after buying a cot I’ve asked for some drop side fittings to be replaced (as I damaged the originals); soon I received a call to discuss my query and the fittings were sent / received the next day. Absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you ever so much for such a great care and speedy response.

Very good quality product
Very good quality product. The instruction manual was not great but instead the video was very helpful. The most important factor that made giving you a five star is your super fast delivery. I was very impressed by this. Companies like DFS and Furniture Village should learn from you !

Excellent!! After purchasing the Babymore 13 piece…
After purchasing the Babymore 13 piece travel system last year for my daughter, my partner heavy handedly put too much pressure on the chassis when trying to lock it in place. Babymore were more than helpful with my enquiries for a replacement, great after sales and customer service, would highly recommend. Thankyou

Great product, even better customer service
Lovely, good quality product (Iris cotbed) and easy to follow instructions, but even more impressed by the customer service. I completed the online form to ask a question regarding the product at had a phonecall within 10 minutes to comprehensively answer my question. The staff member (I think his name was Peter) was polite, knowledgeable and personable, cannot ask for more, thank you.

I am sorry that the product delivered was damaged, our adviser and manager tried to action the collection as swift as possible. Apologies, for the large and heavy parcel, carrier require book in of previous working day, and confirmation of item ready for collection, which delayed the collection by 1 day late than preferred.
I understand that your order was collected, and a full refund applied to your order.

Cot is good quality at a fair price
Cot is good quality at a fair price. There was a slight problem with one of the panels ( damaged in transit) but this was replaced promptly - thank you

I would urge people not to buy from the company. We ordered a whole furniture set. We were disappointed with the quality, and one part of the drawers was faulty in several places. The company informed me that because of Covid their quality control is not to its usual standard. I find this a bit worrying given they are making baby furniture. Then the replacement they sent has never actually made it to my home. Delivered apparently but no card left by the courier and the company have said there's nothing they can do.

On 18th Jan 2021, you have requested 2 replacement parts for the chest, one for cosmetic imperfection, the second part damaged by assembly. On 19th Jan, our email confirmation that the two parts would be delivered within 5 days. The tracking provided shows the dispatch made on 21st Jan, courier proof of delivery success on 25/01/2021 @ 15:23. We receive no further communication from you until 16th Feb @ 19:16, of delivery not received, and where you questioned the tracking and proof of delivery. We tried to contact you several time, with no luck vie the telephone number on your order. But had to email you with the tracking and POD. We received no reply until 19th March, where you continue question the delivery. Again, we tried to call but had to leave voicemail, emailed again to establish communication, our after sale team has been trying to reach you since, to assist further. If you could contact the team asap. The team need to check specific details and your instruction to avoid repeat of event, and resolve the case for you without further delay. Kind regards.
