Amazing chairs and incredible support.

I had two Autonomous ErgoChair Pro since 2023. They came in perfect condition and we've been using tem >13h a day.

When I needed support because my order was tricky, the team was really nice and, 3 years later, when I tried to order a small replacement because a part is a bit worn off, they also helped me and made my experience smooth and nice.
I would totally trust them.

Excellent thought still have a little stain on the seat

The chair is an absolute unit but comfortable to use on a daily basis. Building the chair was quite easy to do and only took about 30 min to complete. The only thing I’d recommend is that there be a video on what each lever on the chair does for those who are unfamiliar with ergonomic chairs.

Autonomous great customer service

I ordered a standing desk and an ergo chair around 4 years ago and they are still in great shape. recently my kids jacked up the arm rest padding so I contacted support to help me out. The were kind, quick, and diligent to help me pinpoint the exact model and parts I needed. Amazing customer service. 5/5

I had ordered a chair and was very frustrated when it wasn't delivered at the anounced date. Furthermore, I was furious when I realised that their website just moves the shipment date to "tomorrow" everyday.

I expressed my frustration online and the Autonomous team saw it. They immediately contacted me, appologised for this issue and proposed an extremely generous deal which resolved this situation shortly. It is the first time when I see how truly concerned people are with making customers' experience positive.

My new Chair Ergo is very good. My back and neck pain are gone, and I can finially feel comfortable while working. The chair is well designed and extremely stylish.

If you're looking for a decent office chair for your home - choose Autonomous.

I had the ErgoChair Ultra 1, but it Seems like the Model 2 has a nicer Base and Frame, however I do not like the armrests and feel that it's a downgrade due to how wobbly they are. I would prefer them to be fixed instead of wobbly and loose. I think the head rest should be able to swivel more horizontally to fit all head types and they way that you rest your head backwards. I find that this design keeps my head to far forward putting excessive tension/ strain on my neck.

Alice T was very helpful, sending me detailed disassembly instructions (and videos). My chair's armrest came loose, but this was the result of a screw becoming disengaged. It was easily fixable. No replacement parts were needed and the chair is as good as new.

I really love that chair! I work full time from home and in the evening I need to study university.. since I have that chair my back doesnt hurt anymore im sooo confortable!

I had a support chat with Ashley and she was so knowledgeable about the chair parts and how to assemble them. Unbelievable customer support! This experience has earned them a life long customer. Plus they have great chairs.

I bought my autonomous table back in 2017, after it stopped working, I tried all the online steps for troubleshooting and nothing worked according to me. Years later I decided to contact autonomous to see if I could get a replacement motor or warranty if I had any. I didn't since my table is so old. Yet Alice was so kind and told me they didn't carry the motor nor did I have warranty any longer but she provided me with the troubleshooting steps once again. Since she had been so wonderful I decided to try them again and now my autonomous table is back and alive (technically speaking) Thank you Alice T.!

The desk frame was extraordinarily built well. Only complaint was the assembly directions. They left out a couple of steps, but otherwise a great experience. I should also mention that the packaging was absolutely perfect.

Nice quality, reliable delivery service. I paid someone from TaskRabbit to help me put it together, so no pain for me at all!

The Ergo Pro desk chair is the ultimate in comfort. Although I must admit the height adjustment could have been an inch or two shorter. Otherwise, we have had nothing but an excellent experience from Autonomous and the chair.

I didn’t receive one of the pieces in my order, which was frustrating at first - but I have to say, the team handled it incredibly well. As soon as I reached out, they jumped in right away to help resolve the issue. Customer service was very helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making things right. Really appreciate the quick support!
