Great response and timely.

This is the 3rd time Breville needs to replace my Custom Bread Maker. They are great about getting back to you but they have a difficult time accepting that the issue is their product and not the user. It takes many phone calls, photos and videos showing them that a product is not working for them to agree to swap out for a replacement . The customer is never right in these situations and I had tell them many times I bake 3 loaves of bread a week and understand the order of the ingredients.

When I called I was expecting to be on hold for a while but team member answered very quickly. She understood the problem and offered me a part that was broken free of charge for the first time. She sent me the video on YouTube how to fix it.

Good, friendly customer service on the phone. Prompt delivery of packing kit and quick service and return of our Breville Oracle Touch.

Customer service was very accommodating and resolved my issue quickly. I also didn't have to wait on hold before call connected.

Paid attention. Efficient due diligence process to verify the problem. Respectful , patient and knowledgeable.

However, waiting in queue to talk to someone was nuts the previous day. The longer I waited, the longer the expected wait time

The customer support I received when my Breville Oven was having problems, was excellent. They walked me through a few tips to see if it was salvageable and when it was determined it was not, they immediately offered me a new unit. They were friendly and very prompt. I was impressed!!!

Very Helpful in regards to assistance with products. The rep i spoke to had a bit of an attitude, hence the 4 starts.

The Breville service staff communicated well and clearly explained their diagnosis of our machine. The repair process was smooth. Shipping was free. The machine came back as good as new. We were very impressed by Breville’s first class service. I would use them again.
