I am writing this review to commend Ashley from the Autonomous support team for her exceptional assistance. I’ve been dealing with a technical issue regarding the controller box on my L-shaped desk, and Ashley has been nothing short of phenomenal.

From the moment we started troubleshooting, it was clear that she is committed to finding a resolution. She has consistently gone above and beyond, providing clear communication, proactive updates, and a level of dedication that is rare to find in customer support today. She truly takes ownership of the problem, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another ticket number.

Excellent chair with great support and easy to assemble.

Getting premium shipping for free with my order definitely mad the service better than I had expected, but on top of that the chair I received is much better than expected especially since trying chairs from similar price ranges.

Shipping was fast! And I love it. It’s everything I wanted out of a table. Seriously! If you haven’t got you one yet you’re missing out.

I am extremely satisfied with my Autonomous chair, which I use on a daily basis. The build quality is excellent, and it provides great comfort and support for long working hours. Beyond the product itself, I really want to highlight how amazing their customer service is. I had to contact the support team twice due to an accident on my end during a move (and absolutely not because of any product defect), and they were outstanding. They responded without delay and provided a fast, highly effective solution to my problem. It is rare to see such a comprehensive, responsive, and understanding support team. Fantastic customer service

I don't really do reviews often, but I just wanted to quickly mention that I had a great customer service experience with the company. My problem was solved expediently and courteously. Thank you, Ashley.

Have their Ergo chairs for a long time (6+ years). Still working great. The only complaint I have is their website. I needed to replace one caster on the chair, but because the system requires model number and the original purchase order number, there is no way to buy it without going through a human customer service. The chat bot on the website doesn't work (stalled), so have to go through What'sApp. They are nice enough to chat with and set up the purchase, but seems like unnecessary work for a human.

The item that I purchased did not work for my office chair. Customer services provided options to try but ultimately let me return for a full discount when none of those options worked. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

After reading my review below, an Autonomous customer service representative contacted me to apologize for my shipping experience. She also asked if the chair was damaged. I thought that the gas cylinder may have been damaged and she was more than willing to send me a replacement part. When I realized it wasn't she still offered a token of Autonomous' appreciation for the inconvenience of the shipping experience. For their proactive and professional customer service I highly recommend Autonomous as a business. I've been sitting in my chair about 3 weeks now and it is very comfortable. The flexible back conforms well to provide lumbar support. I am very happy with it, and let me say again, I was able to purchase it with my HSA card since I have and am being treated for chronic back pain.

Ordering the Autonomous Ultra 2 chair was quick and easy using my HSA card. Autonomous shipped the chair quickly and I did not need to interact with customer service for any issues. The only problem I had was that the chair arrived with a big hole in the back of it that scraped through two the Styrofoam. All in all the chair seems to have arrived in good condition.

had a weird glitch with an unexpected power outage in the middle of moving it. Chatted with customer service. Still not sure if it was AI or not. (probably?) Anyway got it fixed. They COULD have had the solution on the webpage but I didn't see it there. Problem solved for now. So far I like the table a lot and it's been over a year.

We purchased the ErgoChair Ultra 2 and the headset to go with it. It has a weight capacity that is 320 lbs which is what we were looking for but it is really not much bigger than the ErgoChairs we have purchased previously. So that was disapointing. Otherwise, it is a nice chair. Just wish it were roomier.

Right now, I am getting an EO4 error on occasion. I would like to have this down for the record though I would not like to send in my desk as it is working. I am not sure what might be causing the EO4 error.
