The chair is very comfortable
The chair is very comfortable. The only issue that I had was attaching the back to the seat. Not all of the holes lined up as well as they should have so needed a little "persuasion".
Follow up.... my neighbor just bought the same chair after seeing mine and his assembly was much easier. Just the luck of the draw I guess... lol

I purchased my first desk and 5 years…
I purchased my first desk and 5 years later I decided to upgrade the lifting mechanism to the latest one. I was surprised to see that the new one was fitting in the exact same holes as the previous one, even 5 years later. That gave me the feel that they are building their product with care and good intentions.

Very Happy with my new ErgoChair Pro. Simple to set up only 9 set up steps which even as someone who finds flat packs hard to do this was a breeze. I managed to assemble it on my own! Not only that but the feel of it is just exactly what I need for my back pain! Already feeling the difference to my old set up!

I recently reached out to purchase replacement parts for my chair. I've had my ErgoChair 2 since 2020, so 6 years later it's still rocking - it just needs new armrest covers. Support was quick, gave me a few options since the exact part I wanted was back ordered, and they had me out the door in 20 minutes.

I have multiple products with Autonomous, chair, stool, desk, and in my 3+ years, it's the first time I've gotten a problem with my chair. Ashley from customer service was phenomenal. Simple, clear, solution found in a matter of minutes. It's weird to say, but I'm thrilled about my chair breaking and experiencing this amazing customer service!
