I initially received a locked device. I contacted customer service, they organised return mail then sent me an unlocked replacement. Although both devices were sold as used with some signs of ware and tear, both devices looked brand new to me. I loaded the replacement device with the procreate drawing software, did a few drawings with the apple ll pencil and so far its worked perfectly. Although the device is older Ipad pro gen 3 it is still a powerful device that suits my needs, I feel lucky to be able to have it for the odd $400.00 rather than having to pay $1000 + dollars for a current model. In essence it's great that this supplier exists to provide these pre-owned devices with a support section that is reliable.

My experience was very predictable quality of the machine was good to great I had a slight problem under standing the sliding cover that covers the camera thinking the camera was defective but it was just the slide that was meant to cover the camera. This was
resolved very shortly via email. Everything's working great great price great service

Absolutely fantastic. Purchased an A grade HP ProBook G8 for $440 from memory, with a discount bringing it to $400 or so, and it arrived within roughly a week, in fantastic condition, as was the charger.
I would believe it was brand new if I didn't know better.
Very quick and easy transaction, tracking was great, and my laptop came wrapped in many layers of the bigger bubbled bubble wrap in a very good box, protecting it from damage in its transit.
My aunt was so impressed with mine and my experience that she made a purchase herself a week or so ago and has had a fantastic experience also, and absolutely loves her laptop too. She paid for express shipping and it arrived on day 3. Hers is an A Grade Chromebook I think, and is also in great condition. It has a few more scuffs and marks than mine, but for only a few hundred dollars that isn't anything to complain about.

Overall we are both super impressed with everything from the quality, to the prices, the service, the transactions, the delivery service, the efficiency, and everything else.

Definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future for any future laptop or computer purchases.

I ordered an A Grade refurbished laptop. It was delivered in decent time. But the cord/charger didn’t fit, there were many scratches on the laptop, the hinge was loose, and when I did a battery test it was only 67% (not 80%+). Very disappointed. They first offered to “fix it under warranty” but I asked for a refund.
The return and refund process was straightforward luckily. I will now be buying elsewhere. Make sure you test the battery when you receive your laptop, it seems they do this a lot.

I recently purchased this HP laptop and have been very pleased with it. The laptop is in excellent condition, and both the charger and power cord are also in great condition.
I took my time setting everything up properly, and the results have been outstanding. The screen clarity is excellent, with a sharp, bright display that makes it a pleasure to use. I particularly like the screen size, which is perfect for both work and general browsing
Overall, this is a reliable and well-performing laptop with very few faults. It runs smoothly, looks great, and has met all my expectations. There really isn't much wrong with this laptop at all, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quality HP computer.

It's an easy and direct deal to purchase the A grade refurbished MS surface laptop which is a beautiful machine. Price was reasonable. Delivery was efficient and the product was wrapped in a secured way. I had requested for a signature delivery but the PO staff didn't arrange it. Glad that our apartment has a courier / mail locker system which stored the delivery in a secured way and the PO staff has used that mail locker system. I am happy with the laptop except the bottom of the laptop was heated up a bit after less than 30-min use. It's warm but not really hot. I was told it's heated up faster than what was expected. Will keep an eye on it and hope it's not too much inconvenience in the near future. Overall I am happy and satisfied with the purchase experience. Thank you!

Super happy with my experience. I was a little hesitant to purchase a refurbished device from a retailer I has no experience with however I’m very pleased! The laptop is in great condition as described and setup was easy. Shipping was quick and I had no reason to follow up from when I purchased. Communication has been great. I also found the website easy to navigate. I would also add they the price was excellent. I would definitely purchase from Australian Computer Traders again.
