I've wanted to sort my funeral plan out for a while, but didn't want any hassle. So I thought I'd try Aura, after reading loads of reviews from other funeral planners. Aura sent me the information I asked for, with no constant phone calls emails and the like. Hence I took out a plan 2years interest free. Many thanks Aura

Very patient and professional. We made a error where we gave 2 stars. It should have been 5stars, having looked at a few Direct Funeral companies. Aura are streets ahead in customer service.

Quite a strange review. Buying services we will need but may never know how it went; whether it was good value or a con; a nightmare or a blessing at a time of stress. All one can review is the purchasing experience itself! So.....

After looking at many online funeral plans and comparing what was included/excluded, plan prices and costs of extras, and customer reviews, I contacted Aura by email with some initial queries and for a quotation. I could have rung but felt an unhurried email exchange gave me thinking time. After a few friendly exchanges I was fairly convinced, left it to gel, and finally signed up. Aura were not the apparent cheapest, but the package included all we were looking for where many charge extra.

All companies get a few poor reviews and you need to consider them. Arrangements that go wrong are very upsetting and people rightly feel aggrieved. Demand often occurs in holiday periods when statistically the need increases and the resources decrease. Cover will hopefully be better in the future as the industry is maturing.

I never felt pressured, all contact was on my terms and timescales. Advice was friendly, supportive, and professional. A well organised company who I trust to be similarly friendly, supportive, and professional when we next need them to deliver the service!

You get excellent quality service with Aura. They're very friendly and helpful and they do everything they can to make what is a difficult time made easier.

I cannot thank Aura enough for helping me make the right decisions regarding my funeral package. There was no hard sale and they were very caring and supportive throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The gentleman (He had an American accent) who I spoke with was very helpful and very patient. He explained everything in detail and didn't attempt to pressure me in any way. He even went over points I had been meaning to ask but had forgotten. Somebody followed up to make arrangements with me for e free Will writing service. I'm not quite ready to pop my clogs just yet, but when the time comes I'm reassured that I shall be getting a first class service.

Made an enquiry and was given all the information I requested both verbally and followed up with brochure. No hard sell and numerous calls. I took my time to consider and compare and now I'm sure I've made the right decision. Would highly recommend
