The staff member who dealt with me was efficient, he explained everything and the process was completed with no problems.

So easy to set up on line and offered all that I needed at a fair price. The other thing for me was that the Co-op have been going for years and are known to be a good steady company.

It was easy and straight forward to choose the plan I wanted. I had already done my research although I still have some questions to ask.

So simple to choose a plan. Straightforward explanations of what each plan consists of and what to expect.

We have always used co-op funeral for family. Steve was very helpful explained everything to us very professional.

Extremely disappointed with the service from the Coop in Ealing.
The assistant at the first meeting was abrupt, uninformed, made strange faces when asked certain questions; I should have listened to my gut instinct.
Pall bearers laughing out loud by the coffin, badly turned out.
Kept waiting with no explanation.
The occasion lacked the dignity and honour it deserved. Something that can never be put right; what a mistake.

James was very helpful and answered all our queries ,have dealt with the co op before so we were very happy to do so again,

We tried to contact the Co-0p Funeralcare Centre and the local Co-0p Funeralcare provider by phone several times - we only received an engaged tone. Therefore, my wife and I were forced to apply on the website. Whilst the online application process was simple enough, it did mean that we were unable to have a discussion before committing to apply.

Very easy to organise my own funeral. As I have no family it made sense to pay for my funeral so it is all organised. Written my eulogy and chosen music.

Very professional and efficiently handled

Nile Street Funeralcare have just taken care of our mother's funeral. The love, care compassion and kindness shown to us and our lovely mum was outstanding. Mum only wanted a direct cremation a very basic choice. Everything was explained in detail and her wishes were carried out to the letter. No pushy sales just kindness, compassion and done with such dignity and respect for mum. Yvonne looked after us, what a credit she is to her employer she has tremendous empathy, she is such a kind caring person and could not do enough for us. Also, Christa who discreetly sorted a problem we did not know was there. If you are reading this review and want someone who really cares, this is the one. We have no hesitation in recommending them they more than exceeded our expectations.
