Not a very warm welcome from staff
Not a very warm welcome from staff, were not offered a cup of tea . When my father was collected 2 women arrived who were not strong enough to carry him . They dropped him on the stairs then needed my husbandâs help to get him in the back of the van .All in all not a professional service .

We could not fault our experience from beginning to end with you at the coop for my sons funeral, we were amazed at just how beautiful it was & how gracefully you performed it with such tender loving care so much so my daughter went back to Australia & tried to get a job at a funeral directors being the caring person she is.

At the celebration of life afterwards, about five people came up to me and said it was the best funeral theyâd ever been to, which speaks volumes.
