Another here who's been scammed into paying $130 for a subscription I didn't want.

If you're checking reviews before signing up for a trial then take this as a warning... DON'T DO IT. CHECK ALL OTHER REVIEWS FIRST. THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS.

I got charged for a subscription after I had previously cancelled, and the Aura customer care team graciously not only helped me cancel for good, but refunded the charge. They probably didn’t need to do that but they did… the agent’s name was Rose. Thank you!

The range of knowledge and support from Aura coaches, psychologists and yogic/spiritual guides is incredible. Aura offers a huge wealth of resource and makes any daily practice as natural as a morning cup of tea. I wouldn’t be without this brilliant community.

I have been using this site for almost 2 years. I have found the people who help me and discover new practitioners often. I use the self hypnosis programs to alleviate insomnia and to heal pain and injury. I have all but eliminated my asthma and used it during a recent 12 week recovery for broken ankle, now healed. Mark Bowden and K. Krimitsos are among the very best, but my list of favorites is long. I meditate 3 times a day, to keep myself able and willing to be a 24/7 caregiver. I highly recommend this program to stay well and positive in this very challenging world.

I downloaded Aura a couple of years ago while I was going through a very tough time.I have found it extremely helpful and calming. I did cancel it at one stage but then decided to renew a few weeks later.I use Aura nearly every day. Great content

If I could give the Aura app 100+ stars, I would! When I first started using it, I wasn’t even hitting the tip of the iceberg on how many resources it had to offer. I think I used the trial period to listen to rain sounds. I wasn’t convinced it was worth the money when there were free apps with the same stuff out there. But that’s the thing. They offer so much more! I tried out a sleep hypnosis because I wasn’t falling asleep fast or staying asleep. The first time I listened to one, I don’t even remember passing out and got a really good night’s sleep. That’s when I decided to subscribe for the year. Now, I have several coaches saved based on how much I like their voices, hypnosis techniques, and stories. Bed times stories are actually one of my favorites along with the Multitudes sound track. Now, I’ve found the live sessions that the coaches schedule which is included in the features of this app once you pay for it. These cover a variety of topics including sound baths, self love, letting go, moon cycles, yoga, qi-gong, etc…To name a few anyways! You do have the option to donate to the coaches for their time, but they don’t require it. I love it because it’s just joining the session, no mic and no video required. You watch and listen to them while choosing whether or not to engage via chat. And I’m sure there are still so many resources I haven’t even begun to access, so I’m definitely renewing when my year is up. Please don’t brush this app off as some other mental health hack. It has helped me in so many ways and I’m so glad I found it when I did.

I use Aura everyday as a trusted source of positive coping strategies- from guided meditation to hypnosis, to coaching. It’s not a typical ‘headspace’ it’s a full platform of support for a huge range of topics and approaches. Highly recommended!

Just read some negative reviews and am confused. I have been subscribing (~$60 per year) since last August and it has brought me back to where I need to be!

For those looking to get away from current /or recurring anxiety, unexplained fear and panic, depression and maybe social anxiety,

Then, spend 3-10+ mins/day up to full PodCasts and Live events or even hours of positive sleep hypnosis while sleeping peacefully. Or one-on-on with a Life coach!

The app helped me get back on the mindfulness and gratitude track, and continue to stay there. I had a 60 day streak last fall which took me through a very big situation with good friends and helped with healing and forgiveness.

Not getting paid for promoting, but these are my GO TOs... Every day.

I LOVE the Aura Health app! There are so MANY different coaches, affirmations, meditations, sleep hypnosis, breath work, music therapy, prayer & many more. Anything you need help with for example emotional is there. You can listen to as many episodes as you want. For less than 1 counseling appointment you can get a years subscription.
I have been using Aura for 3 years now. To get a pick me up, a coaching session or just for affirmations & gratitude. Thank you Aura!!

Aura has truly transformed my life. I’ve been a dedicated user for years now, starting and ending each day with the app. It’s incredibly easy to use, and no matter what I’m going through, I can always find a theme and a calming voice that meets me where I am.

I originally turned to Aura to help with sleep, but it quickly became so much more. From guided meditations and hypnosis to life coaching, CBT-based tools, and soothing soundscapes, it’s become my go-to space for finding calm and clarity. No matter how chaotic things feel, Aura is where I can reset and recharge.

After taking the 100 question test, it only offers to sell the test results for $1.95. Sure thing, that's reasonable. Then the test results come in.....just some bullshit AI that has canned responses. Then, you need to create an account, log in, click on your profile to see that you are about to be charged $39.95/mo for access to some more scammy AI wellness stuff. They say this is your "resource for personal growth and relationship enhancement." No thank you

I use this almost every night to quiet my mind enough to sleep.
Sometimes guided meditation, hypnosis but lately the sounds help lull me into sleep.
I love the fact that I can put a timer on for an hour or 2 so it’s not running all night.
It seriously has helped me relax.

Aura offers a wide variety of resources to deal with life’s challenges. Their health professionals routinely offer live sessions where you can delve into a topic or mental health technique with people from around the world. They also offer counseling for a fee.

ABSOLUTE SCAM

Was charged nearly $200 for a service I did not agree to. I went for the free trial then get a receipt for $184.99 CDN this morning. Absolutely awful use of manipulating free trials with fraud like abuse. This is a $ scam, not a healing app and I want a refund. STAY AWAY!

Aura is great!! The variation of topics is extremely varied & covers so many difficulties & hurdles we all face during our lifetimes!
Some topics are more relevant than other for me, but that’s the beauty of Aura….it’s expansive range!
I highly recommend Aura…..& their daily quotations are fabulous, landing in my calendar, starts my day with a motivating punch!

I really like this app, it's got so many great features and tools. I enjoyed using it for a year but was initially charged more than expected on auto-renewal which made it unaffordable for me. I contacted support who responded quickly and issued a full refund despite their terms and conditions making me ineligible. Appreciate the help.

Wrote an email on a problem I was having with the ap. Request was answered efficiently and clearly resolved . I love the ap and the variety of coaches ❣️
