No delivery even though I was in.
My parcel was not delivered even though I was in my house and there was a door knocker and a printed message on the door requesting people to knock loudly. In order to not have to wait for the for the door to be answered, I was left a note that my parcel was being taken to a local deposit for me to collect (a 2 hour round journey for me using buses). The sender of my parcel paid good money to have my parcel delivered which this company failed to do.

Ordered from Next, now next have changed there delivery from DHL to Asenda uk who used seur, the parcel was delivered but not to the addressee!!!! I had three companies involved to see if we could trace where my parcel was delivered!!! Asenda who despatch my parcel from the UK, just told me to go back to the retail company!! Wow such professional service !!! You would think as they started the delivery service you would think they would of carried it out !!! No, just did not care at all....so if anyone is thinking of using Asenda uk who forward the service to SEUR!!! Do not waste your time or money...as it like dealing with twiddle dee and dwindle dumb !!!!!!

Asendia has proven to be a totally unreliable and incompetent company.
I think it's ridiculous to pay so much for a delivery that takes more than a month to arrive (assuming it arrives!).
My pack has been stuck since September 6th in an office in my city a few miles from my house for no reason at all. if I didn't have a handicap that keeps me in bed I would have come to get it. there is no way to get in touch with this ""delivery company "" other than by leaving them a review and hoping that some of these alleged "professionals" will get back to you. I am going to wait until tonight, then I will ask for a refund. In the meantime I put anyone on guard against relying on these incompetents !!

Very bad Company
This company is a joke. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. My sister send some organic dry food for my handicap daughter two months ago and "normally" I should receive my parcels the 11th of January. It is 10th of March and no proper reply from this company no update no info. Then suddenly a mail receive telling that they are sending back to sender. Then Nothing and the parcels got lost. Yes my parcels are lost. You are liar. Close your company and don't still people money and time....

Worst courier ever seen in 20 years of purchases. Unfortunately i bought 2 items from an USA seller, he was using Asendia for deliveries to Italy.
Dodgy tracking, 2 months of wait even for express deliveries, items stuck in warehouses, and , when finally delivered, parcel brutally left on the external mailbox without receipt and at risk of theft.
ZERO support, no reply to emails.
True horror. I wonder how they are still in business.
Scam phone number, no package, no support
Asendia UK has apparently had my parcel from the states since December 18th. Since they received it, it hasn't moved.
I've tried to get in touch via their contact form on the site multiple times, but no one gets back to you. And the phone number is premium, yet no one answers... Feels like they can be reported somewhere for this, I'm going to find out.
I've now lost hundreds of pounds because they've just left the package sitting there, rather than declaring it lost, so I can't even claim insurance.
Does anyone actually work there? If so, please can you get in touch to resolve this issue asap.

Don’t ever use this service and if you are purchasing from a vendor that uses this service ask then to use someone else. After waiting weeks I contacted the company no less that 4 times without success. I eventually found a telephone number for the UK head office - I called it and a recorded message gave an email. The email worked and I was told the parcel was still being processed. On the same day I was contacted by another representative stating that they couldn’t find my reference number. When I responded with the previous message - that the parcel was being processed - the response came back the next day that the parcel had been lost, sorry but contact the vendor! What a poor and utterly ‘not bothered’ service. DO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION if you ever want to receive your parcels.

I wouldn't give this company any stars, but 1 is the lowest option possible. I was told my package from the UK to Spain would take between 6 - 8 days. 29 days later, still not arrived. No response to numerous emails via their website, no response to voice messages and never reach a live person via phone. It's incredible given their Mission Statement on their Website. Given other reviews here on TrustPilot it's clear that they must be fraudulent and making a fortune out of "Lost Parcels"! Their tracking Number only work initially, in my case when it reached their depot in UK and when it left the following day supposedly! Disgraceful scam outfit and I will be taking this further to prevent others suffering the same fate!
Asendia is a terrible postal service
Asendia is a terrible so-called postal service! The parcel from the UK to Ireland was just left outside the house in the pouring rain, while the occupant was at home, with no advanced warning of its arrival and without the lazy delivery person even bothering to ring the doorbell!
The awful Asendia website does not have any contacts for customers, only for retailers, so customers cannot complain to them!
Never use Asendia. One star only because the deserved zero star is not allowed!

I would trust a pigeon over Ascendia to deliver a package. No tracking for weeks on end. Switching to Pirate ship in my Etsy shop to avoid this miserable joke.

My order from Woods Supplements went into the “Asendia Black Hole” on the 23rd of May and has not come out since. Have used many courier and postal companies under lockdown and ALL have delivered with a couple of day delay at most. Woods have quoted a 4-6 week delay. Hoping my order leaves your facility soon. Using covid as an excuse for this long is simply not good enough! Do like the rest and employ more people if your industry is under pressure.

I'd like to take the opportunity to provide some positive feedback regarding CEO Simon Batt and thank Asendia for their support with my delivery. I was amazed when the CEO personally dealt with my query. They were able to take ownership and responsibility rather than "passing the buck". I was treated as an individual and they were able to empathise every step of the way. They provided exceptional customer service and showed great integrity by their honoured agreement to keep me updated and expedite my delivery at the agreed time/date. Such acts of kindness may go unrecognised due to the current situation. I am grateful for all Simin's efforts and have faith in Asendia to provide a first class delivery service, even in these unprecedented times.
Asendia.uk destroyed my air cargo without compensation
A supplier used Asendia.uk air cargo to send me a part that I needed. The part arrived in an empty box with a note from Asendia.uk saying they had taken the part out of the package and destroyed it. They did not offer me or the supplier any compensation. They refused to answer my questions on their customer service line about what legislation gives them the authority to do this or whether the part was destroyed or recycled in an environmentally responsible manner.
Not bad considering the price is low
