I am extremely dissatisfied and angry with eSalon. I made one purchase only, and I still have that hair colour unused. I do not need any more products, I do not want regular shipments, and I do not want any subscription. I absolutely refuse to pay £27.95 every month for something I do not need and never wanted. This situation is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Charges like this should be made completely clear before payment, not attached in a way that customers only realise afterwards. I did not agree to ongoing monthly payments. Cancel everything immediately.i emailed you around four times yesterday morning, so why are you ignoring me and not replying?

I wanted to receive only the end refresher, as I skipped a root dye last time and have an extra root colour on hand. I messaged that I’d need the end refresher only, and my request was denied. What a silly thing to lose a customer over something so petty.

The color is very good, maybe just a little too red. My hair always feels great after I color it.
eSalon has great products, the hair color , shampoo, conditioners, hair mask etc all the products I use are great , I’m very happy with them.
WOW! I can't believe how perfect my colour turned out. I was concerned this would be a gamble, but it was easy to apply, and the kit included everything I needed. I was so impressed by the presentation and detail of everything. My colour is nicer than it has ever been in a salon. I am thrilled with the results. I am a customer for life! I love it!!

I love the color!! I love their customer service too but my only complaint is that I have just a little bit of gray hair and the color never covers it well enough

I’ve used eSalon for years. They matched my color well. I’ve also used some of their other products like shampoos and conditioners. I’ve saved so much money coloring my hair myself instead of going to a salon. Try them out. You won’t be sorry!

I just colored my hair for the second time with the most recent shade she blended and I love it! She got me back to a nice, rich shade of dark blonde.
