Incompetent usless liars!
I really wish that online shops would stop using Asendia for shipping.
My order was held up with them for 5 days, on my tracking it said awaiting customs payment. They did not send me a notification or email with an invitation to pay the charge. I tried ringing and emailing to no avail. They are in contactable by phone.
It states on the website that they allow 30 days to pay a duty before they return an item to sender. They did this without notice and without an opportunity to even pay the duties which I would have gladly done in order to receive my package.
I asked if they could please help me pay the charge and the agent that emailed me in response was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Told me that my order was being returned right now and there is nothing anyone can do. So tough luck! And they lied to me and said they sent me 3 emails, I checked my junk/spam mail and all inboxes had nothing from them. Extremely incompetent company. Worse than useless. Awful awful experience

Mon colis depuis 2 mois n'a jamais été pris en charge par la poste ! D'abord il me dit que le colis est perdu qu'il en a renvoyé un et me donne un numéro de suivi qui n'existe pas et Aujourd'hui il me sort une preuve qui sort de je ne sais où disant que le colis a été bien livré à mon adresse ! Je n'ai jamais reçu le colis et le vendeur Juefu a changé de version 3 fois !!!
Ce vendeur est un escroc et un menteur !

Lost both my orders
I have been a customer at Military1st for 10 years with a very long purchase history, until what I'm about to write happened.
In June 2023 I made an order for some gear from Military1st in UK and they sent it to Asendia for shipping to Portugal, after a month without any other tracking details other than "parcel received" I contacted DPD which was handling local delivery and they said they never received anything from Asendia. Once I contacted Military1st they told me the parcel was being returned due to an address issue. Four months later the parcel still hasn't returned. I asked for a refund from the seller and they were kind enough to give it to me so I said a prayer and repurchased the items.
Guess what, nearly a month later same issue with this order too, and once I contacted the seller they again told me the parcel was being returned. No updates ever since.
I was exceedingly patient, but patience is of no use with this company.
On a side note I did get the delivery address wrong, I forgot to specify the door number for delivery, but lets be practical, Asendia was only handling the international shipping, and any mishap with the address can be rectified later once the first delivery attempt fails with the local delivery service, it wasn't their issue to worry about, they were only tasked with getting the shipments handed over to DPD.
On June 2024 the seller still hasn't received any of the parcels and provided no refund this time on account of me admitting I didn't specify a full address. Its understandable on their behalf, I would have done the same thing if I were them. But since they are using Asendia to handle their shipments it meant I can no longer purchase from them, we parted ways respectfully.
TL;DR - Stay the hell away from this delivery firm, they lost two expensive orders I made and don't even bother to answer customer support emails.

Absolutley the worst postal service ever! A parcel from the US arrived at thier facility in Langley UK on 24th June, cleared customs which is next door to them and back to them on 26th June. No tracking update or anything one week later and I still havent recieved my parcel todayJuly 3rd, considering they are less than 40 minute drive from where I am.. its unbelievable! ZERO customer service, tried for nearly an hour to get through. Nobody answers phone, sent email, will be a miracle if they answer. How can these pople be in business??? Do they not realize the stress and anguish it causes people waiting for parcels.. Will send a complaint to office of fair trading and also to ombudsman and anyone else who can see what a farce this operation is! I am FURIOUS!

I got a Hungarian courier msg that items are coming from '4Biliard', stated as a Sender.
Called them as definetly has not been order anyting from a Slovakian biliard and snooker company. They confirmed. I called the courier, they stated sender is Asendia UK. No prior msg what they are about to send.
After arguing with the unlucky postman that only small portion of sportsdirect goods arrived, took them and was waiting for the other parcel.
Later that day info was provided package will arrive soon...
So was waiting for the other parcel- which was not dispatched, no shipping info, simply stated returned to sportsdirect on the very same day... No evidence on shpping provided by sportsdirect, no willingness to pay back the huge shipping cost on goods that enver found me.
Parcel received ahead of schedule with clear tracking
I ordered an item from Amazon US for delivery to UK. It was due to arrive on 2nd December. The first I'd heard of Asendia was a notification from the UK courier (Evri) notifiying me that they'd received the parcel from them and would be delivering the next day. Tracking showed each step of the delivery from US to clearing customs in the UK. The parcel arrived with me on 24 November, well ahead of schedule. No complaints here.
Lost driver and parcel!
No communication from Asendia+Evri other than automated it's out for delivery with Tilak the driver who never shows up, never calls to say he's lost, yet tracking has had parcel at depot and out for delivery every day since 24 Aug, some 10 days now! Last year they delivered a valuable tech item to the wrong address (claimed it was mine) and I never got the goods or money back.

I ordered from the website called printerval(which is a legit company) and they used asendia to ship my order. the first few days were fine, the tracking was updating just fine. However i went on my email this morning and found that the link they provided me with doesn’t work anymore. I tracked it from another app and it said they do not have any data for my package. I would love a refund and for this company to get investigated. My order is (LF060669804FR) for reference. Scamming con- artists who should not be a provider what so ever.

Asendia has a truly horrible page to pay duties and tax. It manipulates the customer in believing to be able to pay by credit card but has made a form that forces the customer to open a PayPal account. This is a devilish approach to offering services to the people abusing the not so well informed.

My parcel was sent via Asendia in end of november 2022. After a lot of emails they declared my parcel lost via email 20th of january of this year. However I paid my taxes for this parcel, which was then lost, via Asendia. I have since then tried getting in contact multiple times via email and not gotten a respond via my refund of taxes(not refund of parcel which is already handled). If I check my tracking information it says it is still in transit even though I have received confirmation it is lost. Still waiting for my refund for my taxes almost 3 months later. Without them answering me.(whole process has taken over 4 months and still ongoing).

I'm getting emails from you...allegedly...saying my parcel from Asendia is out for delivery, then another saying it's left at the delivery address!!!
I think these mails are a scam and refuse to open the link as I don't have anything outstanding.
If I did, it would show my "delivery address" in the email.
Disgusting service
Parcel was left in the block where it could have been taken. Nobody buzzed my door and the photo was NOT of my parcel.
Totally Incompetent Company
Basically the best way to describe Asendia is incompetent! Lose so many parcels it borders on suspicious! Do not use Asendia or any seller that uses them at any cost! My parcel has not left Europe in 7 weeks. Read the reviews first!

Nun liegt die Lieferung seit dem 13.6. bei einem asendia Stützpunkt, und es passiert nichts.
Asendia Österreich kontaktiert. Keine Antwort
Von dem Paket/Geld werde ich mich wahrscheinlich verabschieden können.
Versand war alles andere als günstig.
Die schlechten Bewertungen haben also einen guten Grund.
Sollte das Paket Ende nächster Woche kommen, werde ich meine Bewertung überarbeiten.
Shocking Service
I sent a parcel on the 24th August 2021 to Italy using Hermes international. On the 27th August I received am email from Asendia asking me to pay 12 euros duty on the parcel which i did by Paypal.Norsk shipping were handling the parcel but were waiting for clearance from Asendia that the duty had been paid which never came despite them having my money off me. In October last year Norsk Shipping informed Hermes that the parcel was being returned to the sender as no duty had been paid on the parcel. I contacted Norsk to tell them that I had paid the duty to asendia but they told me that i would have to get in contact with them which i tried to but was impossible.I have never received the parcel back to this day. I was fortunate that I had paid Hermes and Asendia by Paypal so i submitted a dispute against both transactions and got my my money back in February this year both disputes were not contested by either company which shows how bad and disorganised they are. So I got my shipping and duty costs back but unfortunately i have never received my parcel back, Goodness knows what black hole it disappeared in. I did have insurance on the parcel but i have had little success contacting Hermes to submit my claim. Will never use again and will not use courier companies who use Asendia

Package hasn't moved since the 22nd of November and hasn't updated the tracking so I don't know if it's lost or what. No response from anyone. I recieved a package from the same sender already and that was sent after this one that is lost.
I have contacted on site but no reply. Hopefully someone gets back as this is already a replacement package.
