Asendia seem to be getting a very hard time here / my experience? / modulated & previously looking at these pretty bad reviews out of a bit of unwarranted concern / - my exp ? - it has been very good ! &
yes - there is a gap in the tracking re International Shipping yet this *has to be expected, due to local delivery companies being the “last horse” in the logistics. I waited 12 days from USA to Ireland & all in all the parcel was delivered 10days early (even during the mad & manic Christmas period) - chill out people -
it seems Asendia will “stockpile” for each Country & then be ultra efficient in the mass delivery.

Absolutely terrible experience with Asendia. My son won’t be receiving 2 of his Christmas gifts due to Asendia “losing” our packages. One item was ordered from Nike a month before Christmas and they dealt with the situation terribly and refused to expedite us a new pair of shoes and wouldn’t refund us until they heard back from Asendia which lead us to not receiving a refund until Dec.21st. I will never order anything that relies on Asendia again.
Horrible Business Practices.
If I could give them a zero rating or negative rating I would. I have no idea how they are in business. I called to ask for an updated tracking number for a US bound package. All they could tell me was they dispatched it, but they couldn't say to whom or when, just that they passed it along. Really? There's no way for me to find the package, and they have no idea who has it. My customer is out of a Christmas gift that cannot be replaced. The level of 'oh well,' there's nothing we can do is astounding. Avoid them at all costs. eBay should learn from all the refunds they're doling out because of this company and look elsewhere for a reliable option.
Scammers and thieves
I ordered a parcel in the US from Poland. Tracking stopped on December 10 from Asendia facilities. There are three tracking numbers that can be found, including with the French post and the Polish post. None of the tracking numbers are registered or known to either the French or the Polish post.
Basically, someone stole the parcel at Asendia facilities in the US.
To add insult to injury, their internal tracking shows that the parcel was delivered to Poland on January 1st, 1970, which is not only 55 years before I ordered the parcel, but even before I was born.
These guys are thieves and scammers. Avoid dealing with companies who use that fake shipping company. Items never leave their facilities and get stolen by their employees !

J'ai passé ma commande le 29 novembre et mon colis ne bouge plus depuis le 10 décembre et comme tout le monde j'ai contacté le service client par mail mais à part me dire qu'il est en transit rien de plus ! C'était un cadeau de Noël peut être que je l'aurais pour cet été !!! Dommage que la plateforme Etsy travaille avec ce transporteur.
Je rajoute une petite phrase car colis reçu ce jour (22/12), je pense que le suivi colis n'est pas fiable malheureusement, donc on panique...

Ho ordinato un pacco proveniente dall’Inghilterra che sarebbe dovuto arrivare a metà novembre, ma purtroppo questo non è successo.
Il 3 novembre il pacco è arrivato in Toscana, nel punto di raccolta di Poste Italiane, a circa 30 minuti di macchina da casa mia. A saperlo, sarei andato lì di persona a farmelo consegnare con la forza. Invece, per motivi poco chiari, è stato rispedito indietro, la risposta di Poste Italiane della carinissima del servizio clienti è stata :" ah non lo so signora, che le devo dire, è stato rispedito indietro, ci sarà stato qualche problema.." GRAZIE!.
Dice di un problema con l’indirizzo, cosa che sinceramente non mi torna, visto che allo stesso indirizzo ho sempre ricevuto tutto regolarmente.
Dal 3 novembre, giorno in cui il pacco è stato rispedito, è iniziata l’epopea. E' un mese che sono dietro a questa storia. Ho mandato decine e decine di email, ho provato a contattare chiunque fosse anche solo vagamente coinvolto, ho ripetuto l’indirizzo di casa mia non so quante volte. Sul tracciamento inglese, tra l’altro, l’indirizzo risultava corretto. Ho persino minacciato azioni legali. Risultato? Niente. Menefreghismo totale.
Il negozio da cui ho acquistato è stato utile fino a un certo punto, ma la cosa peggiore — quella che mi fa davvero incavolare — è che nessuno aiuta concretamente a recuperare il pacco.
Ad oggi, 18 dicembre, il pacco risulta fermo nella sede Asendia in Germania, in un posto chiamato Rodgau, dal 24 novembre, e da allora non si sa più nulla. Poste Italiane non mi aiuta, Asendia non mi aiuta e nemmeno il mittente mi aiuta, dicendo che fino a che non gli rientra non possono farmi il rimborso...
Io intanto ho pagato 90 euro. L’ordine non l’ho ricevuto e oltre ai soldi, mi dispiace enormemente per l’oggetto che avevo ordinato: è una cosa che ora non si trova più sul mercato e a cui tenevo molto, perché era un regalo di Natale per una persona a me molto cara.
Anche se il pacco dovesse tornare indietro e dovessero procedere con il rimborso, questa storia non la digerirò mai.
Quindi, se qualcuno di Asendia mi sta leggendo, per favore, cercate di venire incontro alle persone!
Sono arrivata alla conclusione che l’accoppiata Asendia + Poste Italiane è semplicemente un duo del male.

I have worked in Supply Chain for over 20 years,dealing with logistical companies throughout the world,export & import.ASENDIA has got to be the most incompetent,most delayed logistics company out there with deliveries.Their updates bear no information.Sadly lost 2 customers through their hopelessness.There is no line of communication to contact them whatsoever-all their options are deadends.I can't understand how Shein & other warehouse distributors utilize companies like this.

Furchtbar. Geben falsche Lieferstati als aktuell an mit Links zu lokalen Versendern, die schon lange geschrieben haben, dass sie das Paket wegen nicht erfüllter Lieferbedingungen abgelehnt haben. Setzen keine zollklärung um. Keine kontaktmöglichkeit für mich auffindbar. Finger weg!
USPS & Asendia – expensive and sub par
Packages that take days to arrive from the UK/Europe (and cost half in postage) take weeks from the US. They bounce around USPS hubs for days or weeks before being palmed off to Asendia. Asendia's all bot driven. When you push a query up the chain to a human, ya get nada.

It's too bad that I can't leave zero stars. I'm a regular customer on iherb canada. They ship my product from the USA and normally I will receive it within 2 or 3 days. However, this time I was wondering what the delay was. I checked my email and realized that iherb had chosen asendia for my delivery. I had never heard of this company so I googled it to see if it is a legit company. It seems to be "legit" but on the other hand, they seem to have a low rating and I can see why. There are significant delays for no good reason. Today it says "poor weather conditions will cause delays " I looked out my window and the sun is shining, the streets have been cleared of snow days ago. I am not sure if there is any way to make a request to iherb to not use this company again when shipping my products. My parcel has been sitting in a nearby warehouse and it's frustrating how I can just take the bus there and pick it up myself but I don't think that they allow that and it also doesn't make sense when I paid for shipping. Anyhow, hope I never get stuck with this company ever again

Vendeurs flemmards qui font meme pas leurs jobs. C’est la deuxième fois qu’ils envoient mes colis censés être livrés à domicile dans un point relais sans donner le nom du point relais. Au final 2 colis perdus… Le pire c’est que je n’ai jamais reçu d’appels de leur pars pour la livraison et que j’étais chez moi les jours où la livraison était indiquée.. donc meme si ils n’avaient pas pu mettre les colis dans les boîtes aux lettres j’aurais pu aller les chercher à mains propres. On est en 2025 bientôt 2026 et ces livreurs sont meme pas foutus de faire leur job.
