Wenn ihr hier seit ist es schon zu…

Wenn ihr hier seit ist es schon zu spät, ihr seit in die Asendia-Falle getappt. Wie lange wartet ihr schon 2 wochen? Habe ein paket von deutschland nach österreich bestellt. Seit dem 26.11 2:30 nichts mehr davon gehört. Zwei mal ist es aus dem logistikzentrum raus und wieder angekommen, wie kann sowas sein? Noch nie erlebt... Firmen solltrn sich schämen mit so einem transportunternehmen zusammen zu arbeiten. Nur um vielleicht ein paar euro zu sparen.. kann mir nicht vorstellrn, dass man sich sowas genau ansieht, bevor man einen vertrag unterschreibt.

Pakete gehen verloren

Bitte unbedingt vermeiden!! Ich habe 2 Erfahrungen mit diesem Versandunternehmen gemacht, und wurde beide Male enttäuscht, obwohl ich nichts sonderlich erwartet habe. Das letzte Mal war ich aber sehr wütend, da der Wert meiner Bestellung sehr hoch war, und ich mein Geld weder rückerstatten konnte, noch irgendwelche Informationen von Asendia bekommen habe. Furchtbar..

Waardeloos bezorgbedrijf. NIET bestellen bij deze bezorger.
Geen contact mogelijk met Asendia en ik moet hier al MAANDEN wachten op mijn pakketje (letterlijk één T-shirtje, gekocht op een NEDERLANDSE webwinkel.)

Al met al een Kwalitatief Uitermate Teleurstellende ervaring.

Asendia - the delivery company that does not deliver

I have found a new moto for Asendia - we are a delivery company that does not deliver.... we live in Sussex and we ordered items with VISTAPRINT and ALL our orders with Asendia have not arrived or have been lost.... One wonders why VISTAPRINT deals with this lot.... I have contacted VISTAPRINT to get Asendia out of their book.... We hope they go bust soon!

The service is very very bad

The service is very very bad. I ordered a package from Ali express. The delivery already confirmed sending to the shop service that they sent it in my mailbox. Truly, no!!, nothing there in my mailbox. And in the tracking website. It is still always said that it was incorrect address, and need to correct it. After I contacted them, they only need to talk with only the shop service, but they already confirmed sending the package. So, I cannot do nothing and let my package disappeared and won’t get my refund because the confirmation with the shop.

PIRE société de livraison

Colis premièrement noté en retard pendant plusieurs semaines puis noté comme livré un dimanche ce qui est impossible. De plus le suivi du colis est incompréhensible car le colis répète les mêmes étapes minimum 5 fois

Tracking number never appeared and neither did my parcel

I got a confirmation from the seller (a major clothing company) that my order had been shipped. The estimated delivery date came and went. The tracking number was never trackable on the shipper website and nobody knows where my parcel is. I'm housebound and I see out my front windows all the time so I know no delivery attempt was made. Despite that, my neighbour helped me look all round my house and in hidden spots - no parcel. There's no evidence that Asendia ever even entered the parcel into the system.

EDIT: Typical useless boilerplate response, naturally. We all know it's a deflection tactic and the recipient isn't the customer being supported. The tracking number still doesn't appear in their system and surprise, no parcel. Despite pretending to read my review they didn't even notice I had a tracking number.

2ND EDIT: Now they're asking for my personal information to prove I'm "genuine". No, Asendia, you do not get to have my personal phone number. Just deliver your blinking parcels on time for a change. If you delete this review I'll just write another one.

3RD EDIT: Asendia now claim the seller didn't create the parcel until yesterday. I wonder if they can explain how my tracking number was created several days ago and the major seller I purchased from shows they handed off the parcel and it should have been delivered by now. Someone's lying and it's clearly not me or the seller.

4TH EDIT: The parcel was delivered by An Post after having been delayed several days by Asendia handing it to the WRONG distribution centre. Asendia were quick to send me an email taking undeserved credit for the delivery. Ooh, they delivered a parcel. What do they want, a gold medal and a "good boy" pat on the head? Oh, and notice they had my personal info all along and never needed my phone number at all.

Informations de suivi fausses

Je ne peux que confirmer le caractère perfectible du service. Information de suivi selon laquelle le colis n'a pas pu etre livré car il n'y avait personne à la maison alors que nous étions là (et que le colis aurait tenu dans la boite aux lettres).

edit 25/11/25 - colis livré 2 jours plus tard dans la boite aux lettres, ce qui confirme bien l'absence de premier passage. in fine colis livré assez rapidement mais l'information fausse agace et nuit à l'expérience client.

Pacco proveniente dalla America

Ho ordinato un pacco proveniente dall'America che doveva arrivare lo scorso 21 agosto.. Purtroppo questo non è successo.. Perché il postino di poste italiane ha scritto che non ha trovato l indirizzo.. Cosa che vedo difficile perché mi è sempre arrivato tutto a casa.. Quando sono state spediti pacchi con corrieri Seri come UPS DHL ecc. , in questo caso probabilmente il postino carico di cose da consegnare ha dato questa giustificazione (e ci sono capitato io purtroppo) è l'ha mandato indietro.. La cosa peggiore che mi fa veramente che non ti aiutano a recuperare il pacco ad oggi 18 novembre fermo in asendia Germania .. Poste non mi aiuta Asendia non mi aiuta ed il mittente ugualmente non mi aiuta.. Io intanto ho pagato il mio pacco.. L ordine non l'ho ricevuto è se il pacco non torna manco indietro non posso ricevere nemmeno il rimborso... Allora se cortesemente parlo con te asendia mi riesci a far recuperare il mio pacco a.. Almeno quello mi farà cambiare valutazione almeno su di voi!! Per quanto riguarda il vostro alleato poste italiane. Parlo anche ai postini.. Che se vi mettete nei panni di chi deve ricevere il pacco.. Forse queste cattiverie non le fareste.. Cmq avete fatto veramente una grande accoppiata Asendia poste italiane

Bridesmaid dress lost in the post

My bridesmaid dress was supposed to arrive on 27 October, but it still hasn’t arrived and it’s now 8 November. The tracking number doesn’t work, despite the fact I know it has been dispatched. I contacted the dress company who said they passed on the details to the courier, but if it doesn’t arrive by 12 November, just assume it’s lost. Now I don’t have my dress for the wedding and it’s too late to order another one. I don’t know why they use such a terrible courier

No se brinda la mayor información posible

El dia 2 de octubre realicé una compra por ebay, el dia 9 me informó que Asendia tenia información de mi pedido, el seguimiento de mi paquete iba bien hasta el día 10 donde me indicaron que mi pedido fue despachado y enviado hacia mi país, y me indicaba que llegaría lo mas pronto posible y desde ese dia no supe mas de mi paquete, ni una sola novedad y llevo 20 días tratando de averiguar que sucedio y donde esta mi pedido, me inquieta pensar que se perdió o se va a retrasar aun mas la entrega, no puedo saber si se perdió o esta en tránsito
