Thank you for deleting my tracking number

So I ordered the product in August and was picked up by Asendia in August, since then there have been no updates. I have contacted the company many times and they never bother to respond. Now I enter the tracking number and it does not exist!!! So there is no way to contact the company about my delivery because as far as they are concerned, it does not exist. A bunch of thieves, how can they be in business and why would anyone want to deal with them?

lol I cannot use Asendias customer support since the tracking number has been deleted and no longer exists.

Garbage service

Garbage service. I got a phone call from a delivery driver who claimed to be at my house trying to drop my parcel off…I turn on my doorbell camera and there’s no one there at my door. I asked him if he is standing in front of my door and he said ‘yes’ and he confirmed my address but was not there. He hung up and when I tried calling him back he wouldn’t answer his phone. Next day it states on the website from where I ordered the item that they tried to deliver and there was no response so they sent the item back to the store. Waste of time and not a reliable company.

No tracking updates after 3x changing delivery dates.

Cannot get ahold of anyone at this company. My package has delayed arrival time 3x. Last tracking was feb 10th. Only certain places can find my tracking number. It landed in Mississauga and then says transporting to Toronto. Mississauga is in toronto… i just want my package delivered or a status on it.

Update

I changed review, because i have recently received ordered item from Canada, through ebay to Europe using Canada Post and Asendia.
Shiping time was delayed for some reason.
Asendia should use more frequent tracking updates ...
After 24.1.2026, dispatched by Asendia till 18.2.2026 there were not any tracking info updates, so i thought the shipment was lost ...
After all, i received the item, box was undamaged, generaly in good condition.
But Asendia MUST update their tracking system.
So 3 stars, despite delay ...

Unterschlagung

Habe am 04.01.2026 einen Kauf auf ebay getätigt, der Verkäufer sitzt in Kanada. Der hat das Paket erstmal zu ebay geschickt. Ebay hat das Paket laut der Asendia-Sendungsverfolgung dann am 15.01.2026 an Asendia übergeben bzw. das Paket wurde von Asendia in Vaughan Ontario übernommen (e-PAQ Select Canada Origin Row). Seither, also über 1 Monat später, ist der Status des Pakets unverändert. Der Absender hat einen Nachforschungsauftrag gestellt. Asendia behauptet, das Paket nie erhalten zu haben. An den Absender ist es allerdings auch nie zurückgegangen. Offenbar ist das Paket "verloren gegangen". Tatsächlich gehen Pakete aber ja nicht einfach verloren, sondern werden von irgendjemanden unterschlagen. Da das Paket laut der Asendia-Sendungsverfolgung an Asendia übergeben wurde, kann die dortige Behauptung, das Paket nie erhalten zu haben, nur gelogen bzw. die Unterschlagung innerhalb von Asendia erfolgt sein. Ich werde daher künftig keine Käufe oder Verkäufe mehr tätigen, von denen ich weiß, dass Asendia mit dem Transport beauftragt wird.

Ascendia must be the worse

Ascendia must be the worse, shoddiest and most unreliable delivery company in the universe. If you tied a parcel to a three legged, blind tortoise it would reach its intended destination faster.

Service inexistant

Est il possible de ne pas mettre d'étoile??? Suivi inexistant, assistance inexistant, numéro de suivi erroné...voilà une bien belle filiale de la Poste qui elle, est pourtant globalement fiable. J'allais marquer à éviter, mais on ne choisit pas, on subit ce fournisseur.....

Vol d'un colis par Asensia et La Poste

J'ai commandé un article sur Ali express. En verifiant le suivi je vois que celui-ci est bloqué avant livraison au total pendant 20 jours sous pretexte qu'un code est nécessaire pour rentré dans mon logement alors que c'est une maison sue rue. J'ai contacté Asendia qui est représenté en france par "LA POSTE". Ils ont ouvert un dossier puis 2 jours après je recois un mail disant que comme je suis le destinataire ils se refusent à me communiquer quelconque éléments et qu'ils ne communiqueront qu'avec l'expéditeur. Je contacte ali express qui refuse de rembourser ou de rentrer en contact avec eux. Près d'un mois après je continue à scruter le suivi du colis pour voir s'il a été mis en retour et je m'apercois qu'il est affiché en cours de livraison puis le lendemain apparait la mention a été remis a une personne de confiance (sans précision). J'ai sondé mes voisins er mes voisines, rien. Je recontacte de nouveau la poste et, on refuse de m'expliquer mais la personne verifie le suivi et m'annonce qu'elle constate ce qui est noté et qu'effectivement cette mention "remise a une personne de confiance" est inhabituelle. Puis pendant notre appel cette personne m'annonce que le suivi est passé de cette mention "remise a une personne de confiance" à colis livré. De cette manière je n'ai plus aucune preuve sauf que je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis. Fuyez Asensia et La Poste, ils l'ont volé et cela en toute connaissance de cause.

The worst shipping company ever.
I've never experienced something like that before. The parcel status hasn't been updated in a while and it shows that the package is being held for a week now without any progress.
Could you please take necessary actions to ensure the delivery proceeds as soon as possible?
How come you guys have such poor opinions and nothing changes.

Colis jamais reçu, aucune preuve qu’il est bien arrivé chez moi même s’il est indiqué bien arrivé sur le site, aucun moyen de les contacter pour contester, c’est une arnaque total, je suis passé par le site « Joymania » qui est aussi une arnaque, attention à vous.

Item never arrived

Recently ordered an item on eBay and the item is stuck in Chicago for 3 weeks. Emailed their contact form but received no reply. Their website advised to contact the seller, but the seller doesn’t have any information either. I don’t think Asendia cares if the parcels are delivered. I’m still hoping I will receive my parcel and eBay should definitely replace Asendia in the near future!

Terrible customer support, updates and speed

I which I knew my package was being ship thru Asendia. I was trying to track my package, so I reached out to their customer service and open several tickets requesting information for the local company that will handle the package once it hits country. The website supposed to provide that information when you input your tracking number. Several weeks have pass and not a single word. I agree with some of the other comments posted, don't do business with anyone who uses Asendia.

Do not order from a company that uses Asendia for shipping. I ordered from ASOS (UK to Canada) and I fully understand that duties may apply — that’s not the issue. Asendia emailed me a PayPal link requesting payment for VAT duties for Malta, which makes no sense and felt extremely scam-like. I contacted ASOS directly and they advised me not to pay it. To make matters worse, the “duties” were $40 on a $100 order. When you try to contact Asendia, they redirect you to their sister company, Broadreach , and then Broadreach redirects you back to Asendia. Overall, a very confusing and untrustworthy shipping experience.

Flawless Service

I ordered a rare coin/medal from the USA on eBay and it started its postal journey with the USPS, followed by Asendia and then finally the Royal Mail in the UK. I was slightly worried when reading the many negative reviews about Asendia on Trustpilot but I personally found the whole process flawless. The best tracking updates were with Asendia so I highly recommend them and would be more than happy for them to handle any parcels of mine again in the future. Thanks Asendia!!!

La société Asendia de la Poste (service…

La société Asendia de la Poste (service de livraison) sont de gros arnaqueurs sans fois n'y loi. Je crois n'avoir jamais rencontré de gens aussi malhonnête, qui prétende que ce sont les autres les responsables de ce colis alors que se sont eux qui n'ont pas livré le colis dans la bonne boite aux lettres ou alors qu'il est perdu le colis. Dans tous les cas, c'est une société qui n'est pas à la hauteur de ces promesses et qui de surcroit font passer leurs clients pour des menteurs.
