Quick and efficient service. With any updates given for delivery etc. Contacted them to see if it was suitable for a bathroom and they verified it was within 12hours. Everyone that sees it loves it!

Finally received my glass frame
Finally received my glass frame. I placed it on the wall and it looked amazing, but I had to momentarily take it down because I thought angle was off. When I tried placing it back up the whole thing shattered! Broke my heart like the glass waaa.

Delivered wrong painting!
Hi,
I have purchased more than 10 paintings from this company. The most recent purchase was a disaster unfortunately. I bought a trio of paintings one of which broke. I then ordered a replacement and specified the one I needed replaced. They sent me the wrong one and made no effort to rectify their mistake or compensate for it. Very disappointing considering the cost of the paintings.

The measurement tools were left out of…
The measurement tools were left out of the package. It was hard to put up the picture. Customer Service lied to me about the time of arrival for the picture. It was very frustrating. I ordered this picture on January 7th and didn't receive it until January 23rd.

Great choices of pieces with size…
Great choices of pieces with size options on most. The parcel arrived really quickly for international post and were very well packaged.
Both the pieces I ordered are fab. I am so happy with them. The hanging instructions were very easy too, the system being very secure.

Fabulous Prints
These prints are simply fabulous. They stand out a mile and are stunning. Bought the Nike trainer and 3 monkeys for my older sons room, he loves them. Really easy to hang. Quick delivery and well packaged.

Brilliant product & service
I had problems that was down to me re the delivery address, I tried to change via the delivery company’s track page without success. So I messaged art design and they replied more or less straight away and sorted it, they also kept me up to date all the way. The picture I purchased is top quality even down to the hanging hook on the back. Will definitely buy from them again .
