Non-existant customer service. There is no one to call. They take days to weeks to respond to emails.

They would not allow me to exchange a product for the next size up despite their exchange policy stating so. Search on etsy for nearly identical products at half the price. Stay away.

Bought some paintings for them, when it turned out it wouldn't fit where we want, I reached out to them to ask if I can return it. I emailed them May 5th, they reached out May 7th said I can keep it and they'll offer 25% refund or I can return it but I have to pay for my own shipping. I emailed them same day. No reply. I emailed them again May 11th, no reply. I emailed again May 12th, and they finally replied. Items were mailed out to them, and delivered May 19th. I never heard back so I followed up on June 1st and provided them the tracking which also shows it was signed by someone in their warehouse "RGIL". They replied back saying it was never received and to file a complaint with Fedex. After everything I went through, $250+ dollars on shipping + $580 worth of product and they won't do anything for me except resale the item to someone else and keep their money. This company should be shut down for being a scam. Shame on you and your entire business.

Bought a mirror from them which was absolutely nothing like the one they advertised, try to complain and get refund but was told it was handcrafted to order so not possible to return, looking at it there mass produced in China, total ripoff avoid

I have only good words for my experience with buying the really good quality products from this company I seen all the stuff companies buff rubbish stuff and I've bought plenty and I don't think I've ever been truly happy with things I've received and I was sceptical with this company right to receiving my first item opened the box and blew me away I was 100% happy wich anyone who knows me thinks its impossible to get me even saying its ok i crap with the Internet and messed the order f details and it sad a stretch nearly the same name and I kept thinking they've got my picture I was nearly getting dressed for going through there door and getting my picture sent a email and didn't know if they got it but thank god they emailed quickly and sorted my concerns out and probably saved me being taken to the police station anyway they sorted the problem and sent me a email that reassured me it was nothing I should worry about and from then on sent me updates of the shipping detail and then I received my great glass art picture and few days after made another purchase and I received even better service and really fast delivery and I will enjoy the pictures for years and I'm a Barnsley Yorkshire man and I never speak as highly in my life as I have about this company and the service and lovely words the sent me in there emails and when get my living room done I'll be getting another glass art picture for my wall i really recommend them and I don't think I've ever done that before lol buy with assurance from a Barnsley lad

The piece I received looked like a cartoon drawing compared to what it looks like on the ad. Spent almost $500 on two large pieces that are not worth the cost of glass. So disappointed in the quality of the picture! The abstract print is awful

Absolutely love the artwork we bought for our kitchen. It looks awesome, great quality and as described. In the order confirmation email it mentions it could take up to 2 weeks for delivery, ours arrived after a week. Will definitely be purchasing again from this company.

I purchased the Ocean and Sunset Glass Wall Art on 08/25/25 as a gift for my wife. While the art itself is stunning and we truly love it, the post-purchase experience has been a nightmare. It has been nearly five months (today is 01/13/26), and a basic administrative error remains unresolved.

My shipment was mistakenly sent as DAP (Delivered at Place) instead of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Despite receiving an initial email from the company telling me to "disregard" any FedEx invoices for customs duties because they were fixing it, I have since been hounded by three separate invoices.

I have contacted support numerous times. Each time, I am met with empty assurances that the issue is being addressed, yet my recent inquiries have gone completely ignored. Their customer service is effectively non-existent. Buy for the art, but be prepared for a total lack of support if anything goes wrong. Proceed with caution.

Absolutely beautiful piece of art. Really makes a big impact. Is just like the photo on the website. Would definitely recommend and would buy again.

The picture arrived in perfect condition & was everything I expected it to be.
I was surprised that this item shipped from overseas. I may have missed it, but it would be nice to know this upfront. This did add a minor additional expense, as I was charged a currency exchange fee by my credit card.
