Excellent product
It was a seamless ordering process. Tracking included and did not take long to arrive. The product when received was stunning. I was honestly was not expecting to be as blowen away as I was. I absolutely recommend it to anyone. Will be a nice addition to any type of living space.

My wife ordered a picture from Italy and was hit with extra charges by customs. Safe to say we won't be using them again. They didn't even warn us Artdesigna not only are professionals but have a great selection of products. I can not recommend them enough. Thumbs up from me.

I was very pleased with my wall art
I was very pleased with my wall art. It looked even better than it did on line. The glass wall art was well packaged. It was easy to fit to the wall and we are very pleased with it. Communication was excellent in terms of queries before we made the purchase. The only reason I have give 4 stars rather than 5 is the the wall art arrived a few days later than expected. This was not really a problem but, we received an email to say it would be delivered on 16/05/2025, so one of us had to wait at home. It did not arrive until 20/05/2025.

DHL delivery Partner
Good evening,
I’d like to make a complaint regarding the attached order due to your shipping partner DHL under waybill reference number 3751460775.
This was purchased for a birthday gift and I’ve now had to purchase another gift as the order was dispatched from Istanbul to Sydney and the shipping company has sent it to Germany, Ohio, Honolulu, and now Being sent to Sydney.
I also took the day off work to receive the order and had to call the shipping company to be told it’s been sent and somehow ended up in a container to the United States. I’ve had to open a complaint with the shipping company and have been now told it’s en route to sydney.
please advise what can be done about this situation as it’s very disappointing.
I’ll also add this to your review site for action.
