I ordered a large glass print of 182 by…
I ordered a large glass print of 182 by 90 cm at signeart. The Artwork was selected by them. The print is pixelated and doesn’t look good on this scale. They refuse to treat it as a faulty product and want to withhold 10% and let me cover the shipping costs. This is not only bad customer service but also goes directly against EU consumer law. Avoid this party.

Isgineart claims the pixelation is part of the artwork, but that is untruthful. On their website the artwork is clearly presented as very high definition but on a smaller format. Only on a bigger print like mine it shows signs of pixelation.

We are sorry to see your review, but we do not agree with the way the situation has been presented.
As we explained to you several times by email, after carefully reviewing the video you provided, we did not see any production defect, print quality issue, or pixelation problem. The visual effect you are referring to comes from the original artistic style of the selected artwork, especially the natural texture, surface details, and edge appearance of the moon image.
The moon edges in this design are not intended to look perfectly straight or digitally sharp, as if drawn with a ruler. The artwork is designed to have natural surface details and visual texture, which is exactly how it appears on the finished product.
We manufacture our glass artworks using some of the world’s highest-quality UV digital printing systems, and the product was produced correctly according to the selected design. This same artwork has been sold many times before without similar complaints, which also confirms that the issue is not a production fault but a personal interpretation of the artwork style.
Of course, every customer has the right to return a product within our return policy. However, personal dissatisfaction with the selected artwork style does not make a correctly produced product faulty. For this reason, we cannot classify the product as defective simply to provide a free return and avoid the standard return conditions.
We have clearly communicated our return policy, including the return shipping cost and restocking fee, and we remain ready to process the return according to these standard conditions.

I’ve been looking for picture for my new room, I just had done. When looking on their website the trouble was too many to choose from. I messaged them a few times on WhatsApp and they replied straight away which I didn’t expect. In the end I went for a custom picture and OMG I’m amazed. It’s perfect. Ordered a American flag from this company on May 17th 2026 was promised a delivery date of May 25th 2026 supposedly Express shipping from what the company States today is June 2nd 2026 still have not received my product from the merchant ask for a full refund and they said no had to call my credit card company and show them the documentation from my bill of sale showing express shipping delivery date that the company did not meet they have every excuse that they can post to a customer on why it's not there on time they also claim that they're a United States company they're based out of Istanbul Turkey so BUYER BEWARE and to the company yes I disputed the bill with my credit card company

Your order was shipped with express shipping as stated. However, the delay occurred during the U.S. customs clearance process, which is not controlled by us or by the express shipping service. DHL clearly informed you that additional documentation was required from the recipient side, specifically IRS proof. This is not a document that we, as the seller, are able to provide on your behalf.
Although uncommon, customs authorities may request additional documentation from recipients before releasing an international shipment. This was the reason for the delay in your case, not a failure by our company to ship your order.
According to the latest DHL update, the customs clearance process has been completed, and your package is expected to be delivered within the next few days.
Regarding your statement about our company location, Insigne Art Design is an international brand serving customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Our products are manufactured in our own production facility and shipped internationally by express carriers such as DHL and FedEx. This information has never been hidden.
We also kindly asked you to inform us if you have filed a payment dispute with your credit card company, because if a chargeback has been opened, we may need to stop the delivery process to avoid further costs and complications.
We always aim to provide high-quality products and reliable service, but customs-related delays and recipient-side document requests are unfortunately outside our control.

Nous tenons à préciser que nos pages produits indiquent généralement les informations relatives à l’épaisseur du matériau. Pour les tableaux en verre trempé, augmenter l’épaisseur du verre rendrait le produit beaucoup plus lourd et pourrait nuire à son esthétique ainsi qu’à sa facilité d’utilisation.
Il est possible que la photo montrant le coin du produit donne une impression d’épaisseur plus importante, car il s’agit d’une prise de vue macro réalisée de très près. Cependant, comme expliqué, une épaisseur plus importante entraînerait plusieurs inconvénients en termes de poids, de praticité et d’apparence.
Nous sommes néanmoins ravis d’apprendre que vous êtes satisfait de la qualité générale du produit et qu’il a trouvé sa place dans votre intérieur. Nous sommes heureux de vous compter parmi nos centaines de milliers de clients satisfaits.
