Issue Solved
I was having some issues logging into my Poptics app. Support from Arraytics was able to set me on the right path to fix the issue. Their team was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I could get back into my account without any long delays. Beyond the great customer service, Poptics itself is a great tool and surprisingly easy to use.

Professional support and solid plugins for restaurants
I contacted ThemeWinter support regarding WPCafe Pro, and the experience was excellent.
The support engineer clearly explained the changes in the latest version and guided me to install Optiontics, which solved my issue immediately. Very professional, patient, and helpful support.
I also appreciate that they genuinely listen to real user feedback, especially for restaurant-specific needs.
Overall, solid plugins, good documentation, and a support team that actually cares. I definitely recommend ThemeWinter products.

Solid products with great support
Booktics is an excellent booking and appointment plugin easy to set up, with a clean UI and a very intuitive workflow. Creating services, managing schedules, and handling bookings works smoothly, and overall performance has been reliable on my site. Support from the team is responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Great and prompt support received!
There was an unusual conflict between EventIn & Elementor on my website. Reached out to EventIn support and they dug deep into my website to fix the issue. Apparently it was a unique issue that only happened to my website. Am very appreciative of their efforts to check deeply and fix the issue.
However, the fix was implemented on the themes's functions.php code which means that the fix could disappear if the theme gets updated. I was not informed of this from the start and only got confirmation after asking the support team further. Would appreciate if this was mentioned without me asking, as it feels like a half-advice knowing the issue would reoccur but not advised on.

Here’s how it works 👇
* Theme updates only affect the **parent (main) theme**
* A **child theme remains untouched** during updates
* If the fix added to `functions.php` is placed inside the **child theme’s functions.php**, it will stay safe and active even after theme updates
So once the code is moved to a child theme, you’re all set, no risk of losing the fix.

Please don't buy their service. You will regret it
So they give you a Demo to work around just so they are covered for the refund policy but then you get the actual product and there are tools and settings which you couldn't know don't exist or that are different from the Demo. Ofcource when I asked for a refund they said no. And their reason was that I had a demo and I could have asked them at any point. Its as if they gave me an apple and I had to ask is this an apple? And at the end it was a painted orange.

As clearly stated in our "refund policy", we’re unable to offer refunds for missing or requested features that were never advertised or included. We also always encourage users to reach out to our support team before purchase if they have any specific requirements, we’re happy to clarify capabilities upfront.
We understand your frustration, but leaving a one-star review solely due to a feature request that was never promised feels [[unfair]] to our team and the community that relies on honest feedback.
