ARC Consultants Ltd Omdömen

I contacted ARC for a home survey. Everything was explained to me and I received the report very quickly. Very nice and polite guy who went above and beyond 😊 100% recommended 👌

Great communication from start to finish. A nice personal touch with a teams meeting to discuss the report page by page in detail.

Clear communication and detailed report was given! Fabulous service!

Brilliant service provided by Alaur, full of knowledge and experience. Really amazing care provided.

Great service really professional, really wouldn't suggest any other.

We had a Level 2 home survey done with Arc Consultants. Alaur was very professional and approachable throughout the service. He is very thorough with his work, including the report he provided and during our subsequent meetings. I have no hesitation in very highly recommending him.

Alaur was very thorough and detailed in his survey and report and has been responsive to any questions, however small, throughout with a consistently polite and friendly manner. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would use if buying in future too :)

I recently used Arc Consultants for a house survey and I’m really happy with the whole experience. From start to finish it was smooth and completely stress-free.

Alaur was brilliant – he answered all my questions at the beginning, gave really helpful advice, and was very quick to reply to emails. He even dealt with the estate agents and vendors directly to arrange the visit, which made things much easier for me. After the survey he rang me straight away to talk me through the key points, and then sent a really detailed, honest report shortly after.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service and would happily recommend Arc Consultants to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Alaur from ARC Consultants, who carried out a Level 2 Homebuyer Survey for me.

Initially, I thought I needed a Level 3 survey, but Alaur took the time to understand the property and advised that a Level 2 would be more appropriate — saving me unnecessary cost without compromising on detail.

He understood the urgency of my situation and went out of his way to carry out the survey quickly. The report was delivered the very next day, and it was both clear and detailed, giving me full confidence in my next steps.

I really appreciated the honesty, responsiveness, and professional insight. I’d definitely use ARC Consulting again and highly recommend them.

As our intended purchase was over a hundred years old we thought it advisable to have it surveyed. We found the survey by ARC very helpful with its detailed description and very useful advice. We would not hesitate in recommending ARC,

Cost of survey sensibly priced
Explained everything in great detail and with patience including offering a video call to go through any concerns
Very polite- nothing was too much trouble with any questions/ explanations
Report was completed and sent the next day
Would strongly recommend

I recently used ARC Consultants Ltd for a level 3 survey on a house I was hoping to purchase. The service provided was nothing short of outstanding from start to finish. Alaur was quick to respond to my enquiry and we had the survey booked and carried out within a week. Nothing was missed and we promptly received a phone call to discuss the outcomes of the survey followed by a very detailed and well explained report. Unfortunately the house had some hidden issues which meant we decided not to go through with the purchase but again Alaur was absolutely fantastic and helped us to make the right decision by explaining everything in terms that we understood and provided any potential solutions with prices for the issues that were found.
I cannot recommend ARC Consultants Ltd enough and will absolutely be using them again for our next survey!

I had a great experience working with ARC Consultants. Alaur was incredibly responsive and made the effort to prioritise my case, which I truly appreciated. Alaur conducted a level 2 homebuyer survey for me and my partner and we genuinely couldn’t recommend him enough. He is so polite, thorough and professional. He provided sound advice, kept me informed throughout and the report was really informative, clear and easy to understand. Alaur checks in with you as soon as he’s left the property, sends the report over so quickly and even offers a video call after you’ve digested the report for any additional questions you have. If we could give Alaur 6 stars out of 5, we would. Thank you so much Alaur, you’re fab!

Thank you, Alaur Choudhary, for your excellent Level 2 house survey report. It was clear, detailed, and easy to understand. Your careful work and professional approach were much appreciated. The report gave us valuable insights. We highly recommend your services to anyone needing a thorough and reliable property survey.

We recently used Alaur at ARC Consultants for a home-buyers survey, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From our first interaction, he was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional, putting us at ease straight away. There was a real personal touch to his service.

Communication was excellent throughout the process, even after we had to postpone our survey. We were kept informed at every stage, and any questions we had were answered clearly and promptly. The report itself was detailed and thorough, highlighting both the positive features of the property and any areas of concern in a clear, balanced way. We especially appreciated a follow up video call along with future suggestions and ideas that were offered, with professional insights and recommendations for moving forward.

It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely wants to help clients make informed decisions. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ARC Consultants to anyone in need of a home survey. A top quality, trustworthy service.

I was very pleased with the service from ARC and would not hesitate to use them again. From the first contact to the explanation of the findings of the survey the service was first rate. I was taken through the survey options so that I understood what I was buying and directed to the level of survey most appropriate to my property (which was not the most expensive option available). In addition to the report, I had the opportunity to discuss the findings and ask questions so that I understood the circumstances regarding my particular purchase. It was not a rushed 'one size fits all' approach. I have previously had a negative experience with a RICS member but my experience with ARC has restored my faith! Thank you for such a good job.

Alaur conducted an L3 Survey for us on an 1800s-built property. We were very impressed with the efficiency of the service and greatly appreciated the level of communication. Alaur always responded to our queries quickly and took initiative in discussing his findings with us in great detail. The report was well-written and easy to understand with lots of useful images and diagrams. I would happily recommend ARC Consultants Ltd.

I used ARC Consultants Ltd to carry out my homebuyers survey and could not be anymore impressed with Alaur. It was a Fantastic service from start to finish. He’s very professional yet offers a personal approach which is something you don’t always get with these type of trades. His work is very thorough and goes into great depth and detail and will explain all his findings well, not only in his report but by conversation over the phone. He also offers his service at a very fair price!

Highly recommended 10/10! Thankyou Alaur!
