Today, I was looked after by Charles. He was the most helpful he could have been in this situation. I am more than happy with the service that he provided me with, in answering my query. Although I may have to wait a little longer to have my gas meter removed, apparently Octopus are doing all they can to make it happen asap. Previously, Lek and Louis have also been helpful. Basically, Octopus, appear to have a great team for business at the end of their phone lines! Thank you
