Renewed contract for about the third time. Very pleased with the deal Mev got for me, which actually works out slightly cheaper than last year's unit price, as no Standing Charge.

From the outset of the telephone conversation, Fin could not have been more helpful. He answered all my questions clearly and in detail. He has a very friendly manner and displayed professional expertise by being able to provide information and resolve my queries without having to refer to any other member of staff. In today's frustrating world this was an exceptionally good customer experience and a credit to Octopus Energy.

I’d been putting off dealing with our energy usage but transferring to Octopus was so straightforward.I dealt with Sophie who explained everything clearly & made the transition so easy.

I was able to get through to a real person in timely fashion. I spoke to Lula who was able to provide me with the best fixed price energy tariff for a small not-for-profit organisation. She was very helpful and didn't put any pressure on me even suggesting if I wished to switch away from Octopus she would ensure that went through. Thank you Lula and we are taking up the new contract.

An experience that proves,(if proof were needed), that speaking with a knowledgeable person not only rectifies the issue quickly but the whole process is conducted with the minimal of stress, unlike being forced to look for non existent answers online in the FAQs page.

I contacted Octopus as we had received a number of phone calls and e-mails about our electricity account which were suspicious. We thought these were an attempt to switch our account without our agreement or knowledge. Octopus we're very helpful and reassured us this would not happen without them contacting us first and recommended we send full details to Action Fraud.

Energy costs are a large concern for small businesses and Meagan, customer services, made the transition from our current supplier to Octopus very straightforward. Most importantly good import and export tariffs, explained clearly and then a simple process to make the move.

Mohammed listened and understood the problem. He explained how the issue arose and gave me clear guidance on what was needed in order to resolve it. He was calm, clear, professional and courteous. He responded to the information I submitted swiftly and was very cognisant of the the fact that I needed to go to work and had limited time. It was so refreshing to have the call answered in good time and speak to a person.

A great help in setting up the account and offering advice and direction when requested.

So far, our experience has been great. It's true what they say, Octopus has great customer service. I had the pleasure to come across Fionn twice during our time at Octopus and she has been above and beyond. It's lovely to speak and interact to someone with actual human emotions. She had brighten up my day.
