Octopus Energy for Business Omdömen 

I had an issue with the address when registering with Octopus. I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved promptly.
The customer service from our previous supplier was challenging and difficult so this has made a refreshing change.

Just joined Octopus as a business customer. No wait times on the 'phone (even on a Monday morning). Daisy was knowledgable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
One thing Daisy - please stop saying 'perfect' all the time, you're better than that.

I spoke with Adedotun on the telephone today. He was very helpful and navigated me through options for my energy tariff going forwards. This was all backed up with an immediate email, so everything was really clear. Thank you for making this such a smooth process.

Customer Service team helped me considerably to guide me through the business application process due to complexity of set up and Good tariff rates compared to other energy retailers

The help offered was brilliant and friendly. The answer given was correct but currently is not what we are looking for. That doesn't deterrent from the excellent service we received.
