Fabulous! I spoke with Grace multiple times and she was extremely patient with me and explained everything with clarity. I have autism and find all this adulting buisness very confusing at times 😆 so it makes a HUGE difference to what I find challenging when you recieve such great customer service, where nothing feels too bigger task, or silly a question. A lot of other home services (my Internet provider for one 😆) could take a note out of Octopus's book because its certainly the best service, responsive, and you get to talk to a real human!
