From a little confusion in understanding the process I have been able to switch our 3 business premises over to Octopus in one phone call. Ade was really helpful in explaining everything and was a pleasure to speak with :) Thank you.

I am a new customer - and struggled with registering online. Your representative Coby was particularly helpful. With Coby’s help, I have now registered and given up to date meter readings.

The problem was identifying the correct meters and also finding day time and night time readings. So obvious - once this was explained to me. Thank you.

Problems with Octopus dashboard on my device remain but a prompt workaround by Lula gave the information needed to change the tariff on our account.

As usual Octopus gave excellent customer service. Answered quickly, listened to the problem, arranged for it to be dealt with and even gave some compensation even though the issue is with an external company. Jade was polite and efficient and in this day and age a rarity- human! Couldn't recommend them more.

Sunil, answered the phone quickly and told me everything I wanted to know.He sent me an email and was prepared to stay on the phone to make sure the email came through safely. Top man !

Called Octopus to raise an issue we had , explained the situation to the extremely helpful & patient member of staff called Dave ( possibly DaveM?) he was absolutely fantastic explained what I needed to do clearly and provided expert guidance on how we could resolve the issue.
Despite a lot of moving parts and lots of paperwork he gave clear time lines and important guidance on how he would resolve the issue.
It’s very refreshing especially a utility company that employs knowledgeable staff that actually know what they are doing and don’t adopt the attitude “ The Computer says No attitude “

Well we were with Octopus but got a smart meter fitted in early May and since then no bills. I have tried ringing your number many times and kept getting "it will take three weeks to sort". There was also a one of your "pods" in the Metro Centre Gateshead. It was not until I spoke with Sahela that I got any sense out of your staff. She has been professional and pro-active sorting out the problem. A treasure.

Tahesha was friendly and efficient in resolving the issue I had with initialising the new meter at the correct date of installation. Billing is now up to date. And I can enter future readings.

She went the extra mile in recording details of the current state of commissioning of the smart meter which is currently working but not communicating. And forwarded them to the metering team

Operator (Taz) and procedure is really second to none .. Excellent understanding and sorting out ..
Only hope my current Business supplier does what they are supposed to now

No comparison in the quality of customer service Octopus always give.

Zaid guided us through the options available and made the process very simple. Within a few minutes our contracts had been agreed and were in our inbox. They outshine other companies every time.

Answered the phone in less than 20secs from starting the call. Gentlemen I spoke to was helpful polite and patient.
If only all businesses had similar service standards.
