Awful chatbot experience
Initially, when the phone is answered, a chatbot asks a series of questions. These were garbled and/or cut short. It was very frustrating trying to get past this stage, and I almost gave up. (Once I finally got through to a human agent, he was polite, competent, and helpful - hence two stars rather than one).

Awful Company to try and get a response from, i use their own Contact form, submit , get an auto response then nothing! i always have to send follow up requests.
