I cannot fault the service I've received. On both occasions, Jane was extremely helpful and always professional, making sure my issue was followed through to resolution.

I have been waiting six months for the…
I have been waiting six months for the annual increase to be added to my pension. It doesn’t matter how many phone calls I make, the result is always the same. Four weeks ago it was explained to me that my case was going to be escalated and sorted but to no avail. Exactly the same problem arose last year but remedied in a few weeks. What is so difficult in adding a percentage increase to a product that seems to happen naturally elsewhere but six months down the line absolutely nothing has happened other than empty words
