Customer service is useless
Was baught a pair of shoes as a gift fell apart after the 2nd time of wearing. Will never buy another thing from these
I purchased two pairs of trainers in the sale. Lovely trainers but the sizes run far too small (maybe two sizes). An issue that I have not had with other brands.
I received a lovely reply from customer service when I gave them the feedback but after paying a delivery charge of £4.95 then having to pay £7.95 to return them due to this issue no amount of kind words can compensate for my disappointment. To then receive an email asking to review (also asking about sizing) was even more frustrating. Charging for returns for a "sizing issue" is very poor and has stopped me from reordering at full price. Especially after spending my hard earned money for the fun of it.
Love their footwear. Received my second pair today. Brilliant quick service.

After the MD of Android Homme, Tim, reached out to me personally, I wanted to add to my review. Although my case wasn't dealt with in the besy way initially, Tim was very thorough in his resolution options and I'm now more than happy with the service I received. Hoping to see mwly replacement beanie in the next day or so.
Ordered a beanie hat on 23rd December - courier didn't deliver so reported to EVRI. They were useless so I contacted Android Homme directly. Initially very helpful and said they would initiate an investigation, 10 working days. After 3 weeks, still nothing. Chased twice since and over 2 months later, I'm no longer receiving replies. All I'm asking for is a replacement
I ordered some shoes from Italy and wanted to return them because the purchase was not confirmed by me but accidentally confirmed just when I was trying a discount code on the checkout page, but never clicked on "Pay now".
They don't provide free return and couriers and postal office have instructed me that if I don't provide a custom code (never given to me), the shoes will be held somewhere in Milan.
This shipping will cost over 30€ (again, to have the shoes blocked in Milan and I live 2 hours flight from there).
I had an exchange of emails within the contact page and she seems to be a robot rather than a person (although I can't be sure) and this is generally the worst experience I ever had.
Now the 30 days return is about to expire and probably they will disallow the return. I wonder how this could get worse.
A huge shoutout to the customer service team at Andriod Homme! They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my recent issue quickly and efficiently. Tim I spoke with, was friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to my concerns and resolved my problem quickly. I'm very impressed with the level of service I received and would definitely recommend them to others.
Incredible service and quality. I was really nervous buying here as I hadn’t previously and I’ve got to say I’m impressed, the quality is fantastic. I like spending a lot of money on my clothes and enjoy the quality it comes with it. Don’t hesitate these guys are great 👍
The Quality of the shoe was not very good , I have already sent information and photos showing the damage to the shoe that is not repairable .
I returned 2 pairs as one shipment, because none of the 2 sizes were good for me. I was reimbursed for one pair only. I sent a message to support and received an automatic response I only received the money back for one pair only.
I don’t think I’ll ever get my money back.

The quality of your products I think is fantastic
After my previous review I thought it would only be right to post an update.
I received a call from management who apologised profusely for my delayed delivery and said they are sending me out a customer care package.
This was received and I appreciate the items sent to me, I am glad that they reached out to me directly as it had been highly frustrating not speaking to anyone up until that point.

Fantastic customer service experience from Android Homme. Olivia was fantastic in ensuring a swift resolution was made to a query. I would definitely recommend Android Homme to friends and family, as the quality of the trainers and subsequent customer service is excellent.

Ordered from here recently and had an issue with my discount code not been applied when payment taken, emailed customer service and spoke with Olivia who was absolutely amazing, she was really helpful and refunded me the difference instantly with no hassle.
