hi, I purchased two pairs of trainers one of the pair of the trainers fit. I had to send the other ones back so I’m hoping that you’ve received them because once you refund me the other money I can buy another pair of trainers so I need this to be done ASAP. I am so sorry to hear the above. I have checked the order details provided and can see we received your return back to our warehouse yesterday and our returns team processed the refund for the returns items yesterday also.
We do usually ask for you to allow up to 14 working days for the return to be received and processed by us however i can see this has been received and refunded on the same day.
You will have received a refund processed email also, please check your junk and spam folders.

I am so sorry to hear you feel this was bad service.
I can see you have mentioned the date of this experience was from back in February. I have checked with our CS team for communication from yourself and can see you contacted us regarding an order being cancelled as you no longer wanted this however the order had already been dispatched from us so this was unable to be cancelled.
We then never received any further correspondence from yourself and the order was delivered and you returned this back to us which a refund was issued for this.

Always order from here. Have 8 or 9 pairs now. Pick the trainer you want and they are processed quick and on there way. Think it was a total of 3 days for me to receive my last pair

Refund time
Had to send items back due to wrong size. The only thing I am not happy with is the time it takes for the refund. I have received the email notification but the funds are still not with me. In this day and age that is poor.

I am so sorry to hear this. I can confirm the refund has been issued on our side and can take 3-5 working days to be received into your account. This is not a delay from our side, this is how long the bank will take to process and return the funds. It can also take longer depending on who you bank with.

Amazing customer service
Had an issue with my delivery due to EVri delivery company.
But customer services from Android Homme jumped straight on the issue and got it resolved. Sending out my item on next day delivery with an alternative delivery service.
Once again thank you Charlotte from customer services for sorting this issue out.

I am so sorry to hear your order has not been received. This is not the standards we expect for our customers.
I have checked the order details and can confirm it seems EVRI have delayed the parcel since Saturday 12th October.
I have since checked the address on the order and can see this may be incomplete which may be the reason the parcel is delayed and unable to be delivered.
Our CS team have emailed you, as there was no previous correspondence, regarding a replacement order and the correct address being sent so we can have this amended and sent out to the correct address.
We look forward to hearing from you.
