Dress I got was NOTHING like the picture. I got The Marietta Dress in navy in a size small which I’m usually between an extra small to a medium depending on what brand. But the material was very thin. From the picture it looked like there was wiring for structure on the bust part and there was nothing but seams and no structure. It was so baggy on the top and nothing like the picture or size chart. Not to mention the dress came with no tags, no brand name or size on the inside, nothing. Thought this was very weird since the website looked nice and dresses were pretty pricey. I do not recommend buying from here AT ALL. Very disappointed. They also do not make it easy to return you have to contact them through email and they require you to send pictures of why you don’t like it as well as have tags intact but it didn’t even come with any tags? Very weird.

I took a chance with high hopes that the dress would be like the image. This website isn't necessarily a scam but it is not honest. The pictures make everything look beautiful and elegant - but it's not what you're going to get.
The dress is a lot flimsier and thinner, not well made, and incredibly small sizing. Pretty sure this is a Chinese company. They are shipping from China which means your returns need to be sent back to China. They give you the address and then tell you to send the tracking number, even after they receive the item they still need days in order to process it, so a refund is not guaranteed. The shipping costs around $25-$35. So $200 - lesson learned, I won't be ordering from them anymore...

COMPLETE SCAM. Fabric is cheap totally transparent. They sent me the completely wrong dress and there’s not even an actual label inside the dress from the designer. I asked for a refund and they told me that I would have to pay for shipping when they sent me the wrong item. We went back-and-forth many times via email only to receive $16 in a refund for an $80 dress and they told me to keep their crappy dress. Obviously they don’t want it either.

This company is a scam. I ordered two dresses, and the quality was extremely poor. The second dress was completely different from what I ordered.

They offered me only a 15% refund. I paid $152 for the order, and they expect me to pay another $40–$50 to ship the item back to China.

Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company.

biggest scam EVER do not do NOT order from them. they will charge you $50 to ship back to China!! or only offer 15% refund without return. what a joke... they even as for a tip when you make your purchase, shoulve been my first red flag.

First they asked for a tip at checkout for the person packing my order, only to find out it was shipped out by a warehouse in China. The $70 dress I purchased was beautiful online, and when it arrived it was worse than SHEIN quality. Horrible cheap fabric and horribly put together. Definitely a scam- do not buy.

Beautifully made dresses, however shipping is quite slow. I reached out to support and Heidi was really helpful. I ordered the Rosalba dress and it fits amazing. Will order again soon

I bought a dress to wear as a bridesmaid. It arrived with no identifying tag (like the name of the company?) and a severe defect which I did not discover until putting it on for the wedding I was going to be in. Before discovering the defect, I almost sent it back just because of how poorly it fit relative to the photo. The entire seam along the side was not stitched and I had to improvise on the wedding day. They refuse to make it right because the return period has closed even though this was a return based on a defect that would make it completely unsalable. This company is a total scam and their dresses are garbage, you cannot call a customer service line and will talk to an AI chatbot if you try to email them.

I ordered a dress from this company and the dress looks like something I wouldn’t even sleep in. It doesn’t even have tag to indicate what kind of material it is. It is very, very flimsy and poorly structured. The dress cannot be worn outside. I emailed to get a return and was told that I would have to pay $50-$65 to return the dress. The dress was $69 and I promise this dress is not even worth five dollars. Do not order from this website. These clothes are terrible. I can’t even explain how cheap this dress is. I was also given an option to get 15 to 20% back instead of return it the address the website clearly says that you can return the dress.
