If I could give this place zero stars I would. TO ALL! Do not order from this company. This is nothing but smoke and mirrors. The origin eludes that these are from New York.. they act like they are high end dresses. THEY ARE NOT! They come from China, wrinkled and damp in bag. Then the item you receive looks NOTHING like the dress in the picture. The returns are a joke. You have to return back to CHINA and pay the shipping, duties, taxes. DO NOT ORDER from this company no matter how pretty the dress looks on line. You will not get that dress.

Kudos. You duped me with the sleek website and the great story about your grandfather’s dream. The clothes that arrived were of laughable quality and looked nothing like the pictures online. Notice there are no “ratings” on the website. To return, you must pay at least $50 shipping to send straight back to China. And even then they gave me an inaccurate address. Thankfully, I was able to call the AI machine out on that. I am shipping out tomorrow and will report back if I do not get a refund. (Less the $50 shipping).

This company is posing as a New York designer but that could not be further from the truth. They are a Chinese drop shipper. They sent me the worst quality Temu dress I have ever seen. The dress did not match the description or photos in any way. It is actually laughable. They also left the tags on it which were in Chinese. They sent an XL instead of a S on top of everything else. If you want to return you must pay to send it back to some dump in China. The shipping costs more than this $2 dress. They need to be shut down and investigated. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They don't even deserve one star. In plenty of time, I ordered a dress from Andreas Oriana that I needed for a theme wedding. I ordered a medium. I received an XL days before the wedding. After several emails back and forth, my only options were to have them send me a dress in the size I ordered (which would arrive way after the wedding) and keep the XL, or return the XL (paying $50-$80 due to shipping and customs as they are clearly not in NY even though that's what their website says. the return address is in China)and they'd refund me 30% of the order!!! SO, I bought a medium, they sent me a large and I'm out $60 because all they'd refund me was $24 for their mistake. I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from them. HORRIBLE company!!!

Awful, horrible quality. I could have cut and sewn the dress I purchased myself. It looked nothing like the photo and the company will make you pay for shipping back to China to return. Do not waste your time!!

The company is a scam! I encourage people to go their IG page and talk about their poor experience in hopes to warn others to not buy from them. I bought something and tried to return it and they refused to provide a complete mailing address. Plus it’s going to probably cost as much as the dress to return it but I don’t care. It’s principle.

Never ever buy anything from andreas oreano. I bought dress for 60$ plus shipping costs, some sh… came and after I emailed that I wanted to return they first asked to send a pic of dress on me, after they said you are responsible for shipping costs and it will cost me 50-60$. So they will fill you sending crap and after they will not return your money.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience, and I will not be shopping on Andreas Oriano again.
I ordered a dress off this website, and the pictures showed a beautiful, flattering dress. It cost me $70-80, but that's reasonable for a nice dress, so I ordered it. When it arrived, the proportions were WAY off. The overall dress quality was poor, the lace overlay was completely different from the dress pictured online, the sleeves were way too long, the dress was too short compared to what it should have been (and I ordered a size up to avoid that), there were no gathers in the waist like the product advertised so the dress was extremely unflattering, and the dress did not follow the sizing guide AT ALL.
So because the website states that returns are possible, I contacted the support email. The customer service employee was very kind, but that is probably the only positive part of this entire ordeal. Upon emailing her, the company led me via email through a couple of extra steps for a few days before they even mentioned the options for returning the dress. Come to find out, you can't return the dress unless you personally pay an additional $40-50 because they have you ship it to China, while the company's return address is listed in California so how could a customer know beforehand that shipping would cost this much? I feel that this company is misleading in their policies and makes money unfairly off of cheap-quality items and uninformed customers. I was very disappointed, and I hope the company becomes more transparent with their return policies on their website in the future.

I ordered 2 products and only received one. Tried emailing them several times but no answere back. This company is a scam would never buy from them again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Oriana Lifestyle which said they were delivered but were not. Customer service didn't respond to any of my emails or calls EVER. I'm convinced this website is just a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Ordered some Italian linen white xs shorts for wife last week, as we bought a top in Italy this past summer and she wanted bottoms, without having seen any Oriana Lifestyle reviews so was nervous after ordering seeing these poor reviews on this site. Happy to report everything was an A+ experience from quality of shorts to ultra fast processing and delivery time from LA to Palm Desert. Would likely not have reviewed but felt this company is getting hammered and others need to hear that an experience was also very positive.

I ordered the Joey blouse in black. It arrived so wrinkled and loose threads were everywhere , the stitching was uneven . Overall it was such poor quality, I wasted $88 for a piece I’d never pick up in a rummage sale for $5! I put it through a rinse to get rid of the wrinkles along with a towel and washcloth. The black color bled on everything. This piece was supposed to be made in Italy, but Italy would be embarrassed for an article of this poor quality! I order a lot of my clothes and this is the first time I’ve written a review, Beware of this company!

I ordered 2 dresses for $150 each. They arrived so wrinkly that I would need to have them professionally pressed. Very disappointing. Do not order.

If I could I would give this even less than one star, awful product that I seem to be stuck with. Customer service is not responding to my request for return. the quality was deplorable and the price too much to let this go.

Scammers...I ordered 2 sweaters and only received one. When I called to ask if it was coming in a second package, the women said both sweaters were in the same package. I had an immediate vibe that it was fraud based on her lack of professionalism. She said she would check cameras in warehouse but acted as if I was lying. Noone called back, and when I followed up a couple weeks later, same women answered and said the cameras showed both sweaters in the package. The package did not appear to be tampered with. I am sure someone is lying, and it is not me. Lesson learned about not checking reviews before ordering from a company I am not familiar with.

This company is horrible! I never got my clothing due to being lost and now I am out over $200.
Customer Service is garbage.

Have contacted “customer care” numerous times after trying to return a linen skirt with no response. I couldn’t do a return online as it said that my order number doesn’t exist…Called 213-275-1491 and that isn’t set up to receive calls.
I would never purchase anything from them!

This company is just a scam. The quality of clothes are horrible and I returned 3 items to them, they are claiming I returned 1 item. My UPS receipt is for 2lbs, 1oz, which is clearly not 1 item. They will not investigate and were very defensive when I asked them to. Now I am out over $150. Beware of this company. They are not professional, the quality of the clothes were paper thin and they are not trustworthy. I also wrote to the BBB.

I ordered an outfit and it was way too big and it was a size small. I returned it and they said it was unreturnable due to a stain which was hardly there. After back n forth many times, they offered to refund me the pants but keep the entire order still. This didn’t make sense. I told them to give me back the product which I had to pay shipping for still. I would have continued to shop as I like their style but they lost my business and friends whom I shared my experience with.

Not a compnay I would want to deal with when ordering online.
